Well, I'm bored and decided to dig a bit, and I'm so glad I did. Even if Alexandra is genuinely deafblind (allegedly she has been since birth), and has some muscular and mitochondrial disorder, she is such a fucking munchie it's hilarious. She's like Cheyenne, if Chey actually had drive to do something besides starve herself. Except I'm fairly sure she's also got some disordered eating habits.

Alexandra Elaine Adams, the UK's first deafblind doctor, decked out in zebra everything, suspiciously bandaged-up forearm, nose hose, and Paige-esque grimace.

Her old Instagram posts are very generic-young-woman-instagram flavored, complete with lots of food photos.

The first mention of any form of illness, but she just says "recovering from a big illness" which could be sepsis or just a bad stomach bug.

That's a pretty good drawing, the background looks somewhat intricate, it must have been before she started losing her vision.
1652506242957.png
Classical blind-person moments! It's so strange how she was able to draw something detailed and color it, but the very next day she is having a classical blind-person moment and buying baby food just like the anachans do. Maybe she just has very severe nearsightedness, or zero peripheral vision, so she can only see what's right in front of her... like the groceries she's picking out.
That's a good enough sample, the rest is nearly the same so I'll stick it under a spoiler.

It doesn't seem very safe to be wandering around alone in the acres of a national park when you're deaf and blind.

This is a different approach to the munchie classic "doctors BAD and DUMB! I am SMART and SPECIAL!"

1652507467826.png

I got very bored with her Instagram after that, so let's look at her blog. It is infinitely more entertaining.

Life is for Living - this was too insufferable to read, but she has a remarkable ability to describe her physical surroundings for a blind woman.

The Young Female Patient: an alleged story about sexism in the NHS, that in reality reads about an unhinged young woman whose malingering is being acknowledged by every medical professional she encounters.
Of course she has EDS and everything else. Of course. She flings herself to the floor having Very Real Seizures. She was diagnosed or assumed to be bulimic, and claims gastroparesis and intestinal failure despite a totally normal BMI. She passed out from hypoglycemia then immediately admitted it was due to not eating. She uses italics so much it makes me want to vomit.
Alexandra's parents were told multiple times that her symptoms did not have any findable cause and that she could be making it all up. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a doctor won't actually call out a munchie unless they know for sure, right? They'll say it's psychosomatic, but not just say "you are a faker."

"I Can't Hear You!"
I'm not deaf, so I might be completely off base here, but this article reads like something from wattpad fanfiction by a teenage girl who has never experienced any disability, not the personal experiences of a young deaf woman.
Is she able to hear if someone comes close and there's no background noise? Or is she so severely deaf that she can't hear herself screaming?

All I have to say is yikes.

I could keep going, but I don't think I need to. She's also insufferably dramatic and I don't want to keep reading her words.

On her TikTok, like any Deaf person, She makes her videos accessable by forgetting closed captioning and being called out on it.
And just ignore all the haters who said they would request a new doctor.
#evendoctorsgetsick

She lacks a Deaf accent, so she has not been Deaf since she was born.

I love this stunning Deafblind woman and how well she plays the piano. And her notes alone give her away.

Correct me, but wasn't there another munchie nhs healthcare worker?

Part two of Rachel Denton. When we left off in part 1, Rachel was getting ready to turn in her latest service dog candidate, Rollins, for his advanced training and pick up the next puppy to raise. She has been told by Johns Hopkins that she does not have rheumatoid arthritis but is still claiming she does. She's also getting ready to finish her last semesters at Liberty University and move on to the next chapter in her life. As with any munchie faced with a time of transition, this means she is about to radically change her narrative.

Goodbye, Rollins.

Hello Mozart. Mozart is the sixth dog she’s raising. She had two short-term placements before getting Sequoia who has now been matched with his "forever person."
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.26.10 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.26.49 AM.png

She takes the new puppy on a long road trip to multiple cities. Again it’s just endless puppy pics for a long time and nothing interesting.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.27.59 AM.png

Yeah lol most people suffer negative effects from walking in 100 degree heat, welcome to normal human anatomy and physiology.

Already looking forward to see how this puppy she’s raising can help her with the daily symptoms of her own chronic illness #Rheumatoidarthritis. Hmm.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.36.10 AM.png

Still going hikies tho.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.38.16 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.45.52 AM.png

But again, she's training this dog for someone else and just utilizing his skills while he's with her. I guess there's no harm in that.

Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.47.35 AM.png

She posts some unexplained doctor photos
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.42.07 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 8.48.50 AM.png

Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 9.03.16 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 9.05.13 AM.png

That’s a lot of symptoms that have nothing to do with RA, too.

Rachel lived with her aunt on college breaks and also relies on her a lot for dealing with her medical crises. This is important because her aunt, if you hadn’t picked up on it, encourages Rachel’s bullshit and has her own munchie tendencies. Let’s take a detour!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.12.52 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.10.03 PM.png

Rachel’s aunt Susan Napier has intracranial hypertension, which I choose to believe because she has a shunt and showed pictures of the surgery she needed for it. Risk factors for this include being a fat sedentary fuck, which she is, although she has started claiming it’s secondary to Chiari Malformation in her case. She has the shunt, like I said, and has had it replaced a few times but still claims to be highly symptomatic. She uses this as an excuse to use a wheelchair but, like Rachel, has a heavy off-the-rack clunker she was given for temporary use after her surgery and insurance will not cover a better chair for her because she doesn’t need it.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.38.35 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.48.07 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.49.34 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.57.35 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.52.05 PM.png

She tries to say the IH is why she's fat, not vice versa, and she is apparently retaining a lot of fluid from her shunt draining into her abdomen but she was always a big gorl. That beach pic in the collage up there looks like it was from a very brief period where she was a normal weight.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 7.12.58 PM.png

She has this cute rescue dog who lost a leg as a puppy.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.12.42 PM.png

Surprise! He’s her “service dog” now that she’s working with NHSD and can apply the training tactics she’s learned to this poor animal. She later states she will definitely need a mobility dog for herself in the future because the tripod dog can’t do those tasks. She claims he gives her alerts of when she’s going to pass out which he naturally learned from being around her, but she also leaves him home ~95% of the time because she’s too busy training the NHSD puppies that don’t make people raise an eyebrow over whether a 3-legged mutt in an etsy-bought vest is a real service dog.

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.13.16 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.16.44 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.17.05 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.52.26 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 7.17.36 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 7.18.19 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 7.05.06 PM.png

In 2015 she gets a NHSD named Nestle to train. She claims this dog is, like the tripod before her, “gifted” with the ability to tell when she is going to pass out, therefore she is allowed to keep it as her own personal service dog. Also claiming to have POTS now lol.
Screen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.12.30 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.12.38 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.18.14 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.18.26 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 7.01.14 PM.png

Anyway, her aunt is useless for trying to get information about Rachel. When she does post about her it's almost never informative and when Rachel finally hits the "found out" after years of fucking around, susan never even mentions it. It was just a detour to show she’s definitely part of the problem.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.19.22 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.28.20 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.30.41 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.45.27 PM.png

(as well as being batshit insane)
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 6.24.35 PM.png

Back to Rachel! She starts the DCP and moves onto Disney property.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 9.36.42 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 9.37.46 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 9.37.57 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 9.38.16 AM.png

Uh oh, trouble with her college program?
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.44.20 PM.png

A week and change after she finishes her training she decides to “clear her head” by flying up to virginia to visit her family.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.45.11 PM.png

Lol. Looks like she wasn’t LARPing as disabled wheelchair user with service dog when she applied for the DCP. She was claiming joint pain from arthritis and the dog was going to someone else. Disney just got a SURPRISE! Accommodate me, my dog, and my amazon-purchased wheelchair!
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.47.41 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.56.47 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.56.54 PM.png

Meanwhile she’s hiking in the blue ridge mountains again, lmao.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.57.40 PM.png

Back in Florida and starting her new job finally.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 12.59.41 PM.png

Yes she’s working in the giant, heavy clunker wheelchair with no foot plates. Also, lol “dreams aren’t easy to achieve” you work in a gift shop.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 1.01.12 PM.png

In november she gets her program extended through the spring with an option after that to apply for part or full time. This is exactly what the true love of my life Amanda “Skinwalker” Winig did.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 1.04.56 PM.png

Here she is hanging out with Janiece. This video is not worth watching but just keep in mind they were friends. It will be relevant in the future. And you know I love a crossover episode.

“Girl with the dog” is her only identity. Also she looks so funny in that wheelchair. Rachel your doctor did not prescribe this, you bought it to train dogs with.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 1.10.48 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-04 at 1.10.55 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-14 at 1.42.33 PM.png

FINALLY! Tucked away in the millionth boring dog pic is #chroniclyme. She most likely went to see Kenneth Singleton, a “lyme-knowledgeable” quack in Towson, MD and walked out with a shiny diagnosis of a fake disease to show disney so she could bring her puppy to work after all those trips to Quest Diagnostics failed to get her diagnosed with anything real.
Screen Shot 2022-05-04 at 1.13.57 PM.png

And she’s got a tilite!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 2.43.32 PM.png

Here’s good old Julian in the comments saying it fits her perfectly. It does not. The width is way too narrow for her and the seat is too high. Because her torso is so long she needs to be either lower to reach the wheels properly or needs a bigger wheel size. All of this is why it looks like she’s about to launch out of it, which will be more obvious in other photos. But how did they get her measurements so wrong?
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 2.43.40 PM.png

Oh. Because she bought it on eBay. And this is her second attempt at getting one that fits well enough for her to pretend it’s made for her and not another prop. Based on the fit, this was probably originally used by an adolescent who outgrew it. Rachel is small but her proportions are all off for this one.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 2.44.11 PM.png

And Red in the comments telling her to get a smartdrive. I gave you so much benefit of the doubt that you were the rare one telling the truth, Red.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 2.58.40 PM.png

Aunt Sue is useful sometimes. Like letting us know they do Disney with Julian now! Also, wow, right after Rachel buys herself a wheelchair that doesn’t fit, suddenly her aunt has a Tilite too, after complaining that insurance wouldn’t cover a chair for her. This chair is very obviously fitted for someone taller and skinnier than she is. Seat is way too narrow, footplate too low for the seat height. She needs a bariatric chair whether she wants to admit it or not. And this is why if you need a wheelchair they send an expert out to fit you for one. (Big thank you to the person who helped me figure out what was wrong with these because I couldn't get further than "lmao why does this look so funny?")
Screen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.05.54 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.27.15 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.28.39 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-12 at 1.38.31 AM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 2.50.03 PM.png

Another candlelight procession with the dogs AND the tilites now.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.24.34 PM.png

Why do people stare at me when I’m just rolling up and down the aisle with my dog and not doing anything resembling shopping?
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.25.27 PM.png

Hey guys remember that time the snake oil treatment for my fake illness made me have a psychosomatic reaction and run to the ER? Good times.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.27.01 PM.png

Just sitting on the ground at disney next to my wheelchair for some reason, nbd.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.28.21 PM.png

“almost full-time wheelchair user” needs her dog to shop for her because of the symptoms of her made-up illness, admits she’s choosing to use a chair when she really doesn’t have to.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.29.22 PM.png

I believe she was talking about lyme a lot more in her stories or on her personal socials because everyone else seems to have figured out that’s what she’s claiming when it took me scouring hashtags.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 2.44.00 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.29.51 PM.png

Obligatory “don’t call me a faker just because I get up and walk when I feel like it.”
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.35.54 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.38.33 PM.png

I swear Susan writes like a schizo sometimes. So what I think happened is Rachel went out without her chair and her aunt decided she needed to use a scooter because if not she might exhaust herself. These two.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.40.30 PM.png

Here’s another angle of her chair to show just how off the fit is. Those wheels are way too small and the seat depth is also too shallow (the seat is too short for her legs) which she’s trying to compensate for with a tightened calf strap. This was definitely made for someone shorter and smaller than her.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.43.56 PM.png

#autoimmunedisease. Which, Rachel? You were told you didn’t have RA and changed your story to lyme disease which is not autoimmune.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.45.47 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.46.31 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.46.52 PM.png

in the comments HI JESS!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.48.27 PM.png

Should we take another detour to see what Jessica Paulsen (1, 2) has been up to since my last update a year ago? If you recall she stopped posting after a bunch of “am I the problem? No, it’s everyone else!” posts and went silent on every platform.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.51.27 PM.png

The tl;dr on Jess for those who don’t want to read a whole ‘nother timeline right now is she is a spoiled rotten brat who grew up poor and hates her family because they called her on her bullshit as a teenager when she first tried faking sick. She started faking in earnest after getting a wealthy husband who was willing to fund her lifestyle. She lives in Tennessee but would fly to disney every few weeks, sometimes going less than a week between trips and when she wasn’t going to Disney, she was going to Switzerland, Ireland, California, Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere else her heart desired, all with her dog in tow. At home she would crash and do nothing for days. None of her doctors believed she was sick no matter how many specialists she went to. The only disease she has apparently managed to get diagnosed with is POTS because she starved and dehydrated herself after learning about the testing and she couldn't get them to agree to a salt water port, so she was paying some woo clinic to give her vitamin infusions. She’s never showed off her dog having even a parlor trick she could claim was a task. Her friends all abandoned her because she was an entitled bitch who cried that no one ever thought about her needs and they wouldn’t drop everything to take her to Sephora. She admit that her husband transitioning to WFH caused a huge rift in their relationship when he realized she really did not do anything but sleep and watch netflix while he worked all day. Now she is going to post a lot about loss and her world falling apart.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.50.38 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.51.37 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 3.52.19 PM.png

Thank you, 11 year old girl, for properly stroking my ego.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.01.44 PM.png

Just like that, we’re back to our regularly scheduled content of Jess posting a photo showing off how happy and able bodied she is with a caption that says it’s deceiving because [insert wall of text about muh condishuns].

And flying to Disney every other week.

And reposting old hospital selfies without elaborating.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.13.00 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.11.51 PM.png

And vague posts about how no one understands her except her dog.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.11.15 PM.png

Who would have thought that a mean girls club of backstabbing illness fakers trying to be the most sickest girl ever by destroying their competition wouldn't be the best friends to make? I was trying to figure out if she was friends with Alex Moine still since there's no pics of her hanging out with her and Levi since before coof.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.14.51 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.15.47 PM.png

Terrible poetry is back on the menu too.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.14.12 PM.png

What a totally relatable post about the down side of fobbing off real life to travel all the time. As far as I can figure out most of these photos are taken on a tripod with a timer because she complains about being alone all the time.

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.17.29 PM.png

Ahh here’s the content I love her for. “Someone who works all the time probably thinks my life of doing nothing worthwhile and traveling constantly to exotic locations is glamorous but I’m so bored and lonely. Won’t someone please think of me in this situation?”
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.19.13 PM.png

I wasn’t really suicidal, just the kind for attention, but please think of me in this situation? Why aren't you thinking of me and my needs all the time?
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.20.29 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.20.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.20.57 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.21.04 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.21.19 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.21.26 PM.png

Why does everyone abandon me? Why can’t I have everything I want all the time? So, do you think her husband divorced her?
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.27.43 PM.png

NOPE! Looks like this two-year-long temper tantrum is because he was deployed and she had to do without a man-servant for a while and during this time she was also unable to take her dog to Disney all the time because of Covid.
Screen Shot 2022-05-14 at 11.21.38 AM.png

Henry has a health scare. She’s told to keep him on bed rest while he recovers. As per usual, this clashes with her need to get attention so she brings him to a school. For those who didn’t read the original timelines, this is a long-established pattern with her. The dog had to get his skull drilled into from an infection one time and all she was concerned about was getting a hat to hide the incision so people wouldn’t know she was working a very ill dog.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.28.45 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.28.57 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.29.24 PM.png

Finds out he has cancer while he’s still recovering.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.30.57 PM.png

Oh well, sucks to be you! Jess needs you in New York!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.31.12 PM.png

Here’s the full story on the cancer. Low grade soft tissue sarcoma, they think they got it all with the surgery, he will not be retiring, and it might stay in remission forever but it might come back. And as if she could hear me judging her from hundreds of miles away, the vet said it was totally fine to keep working him right after this surgery, gosh!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.32.14 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.32.28 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.33.23 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.33.31 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.33.48 PM.png

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.34.14 PM.png

Off to Austria now! Once again boundless energy to travel the world and climb mountains in Europe.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.36.48 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.37.14 PM.png

But first, Disney

Now Hawaii!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.43.37 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.43.45 PM.png

Why doesn’t anyone realize how much I’ve lost and that i'm hurting all the time? Why doesn’t anyone think of me in this situation?!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.49.43 PM.png

So much terrible poetry about her dog.

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.55.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.55.58 PM.png

I don’t remember if she was claiming EDS before but she is now.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.58.16 PM.png

And still traveling all over creation whenever she wants to somehow.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.58.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 4.59.07 PM.png

Okay that was fun, back to Rachel. Jess comments on lots of Rachel's posts, occasionally tags her on her own posts, and generally does her best to get Rachel's attention in her excessively needy way, but if they ever become friends rachel doesn't say anything about it. Of course, that's totally in character for Rachel, who I also know was friends with Skinwalker but other than one photo of them together from Amanda's facebook, I can't find any proof. She still isn’t going to tell us what autoimmune disease she’s claiming. Is it the RA she doesn’t have? Something new since chronic lyme isn’t hitting right?
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.01.38 PM.png

Forearm crutch for some unspecified reason.
Screen Shot 2022-05-14 at 12.25.30 PM.png

Collapsed at work and #POTS. Yep. Chronic lyme wasn’t the right fit so she’s about to change her story again.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.03.24 PM.png

lol people immediately go "vegan passing out needs b12" but Rachel knows it's POTS
Screen Shot 2022-05-14 at 12.35.51 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-14 at 12.35.58 PM.png

Surprisingly, she is not seeing our friend in Clearwater but a cardiologist in Brandon who seems to be on the level based on his reviews. He’s doing testing to see if she actually has #POTS after “a previous doctor and a paramedic” diagnosed her with it. This sudden change in diagnosis and symptoms coincides with her being changed from DCP (which is always a temporary gig) to seasonal employee, which doesn’t seem like much of an upgrade except now she’s a real Disney employee and not just an intern. She can go to full time, get promoted, etc.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.05.10 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.05.38 PM.png

And now we faint all the time.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.10.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.13.29 PM.png

All. The. Time.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.14.13 PM.png

And her dog has to be trained for new tasks she suddenly needs
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.14.42 PM.png

Blah blah obligatory “I thought it was a flare but it’s really disease progression and I’ll never get better.” Still tagging autoimmunedisease
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.19.20 PM.png

Doc confirms POTS and also diagnoses her with a mitral valve prolapse. Super common, often asymptomatic but can cause POTS-like symptoms. Biggest issue seems to be an increased risk of endocarditis.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.20.38 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.25.18 PM.png

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.25.43 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.26.01 PM.png

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.55.53 PM.png

Lol you work there all day but crash in an hour if you go for fun on your day off, requiring emergency medical response. Cool.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.56.57 PM.png

So funny that she went from RA to lyme to this. Unfortunately she was smart enough to block her medical alert bracelet.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.58.06 PM.png

Going on medical leave to pursue her medical conditions full time.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 5.59.56 PM.png

For a while it’s all old disney pics with occasional vague medical shit. She’s getting better but still needs more testing and trial and error to manage “all her conditions.” Still only tagging POTS.

Phoebe in the comments.
Screen Shot 2022-05-14 at 12.36.31 PM.png

Another bout of pneumonia, supposedly.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.43.32 PM.png

Didn’t last long because she’s in St. Augustine a few days later.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.44.46 PM.png

Here we learn she was in the ICU and on a vent at one point and started having seizures. But more importantly she has new specialists and has found out she has a connective tissue disorder. Hmm.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.45.28 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.45.37 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.48.01 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.48.13 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.48.38 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.48.44 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.49.03 PM.png

Here is proof that she was in fact on a vent.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.58.27 PM.png

She’s going back to work at Disney and now she’s full time!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.47.03 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.52.04 PM.png

And no, she's really not going to tell us what her other diagnoses are. Selfish.
Screen Shot 2022-05-14 at 12.42.09 PM.png

You may be thinking this one can’t be a Trevinette, and so did I. She posts her normie cardiologist and Cleveland Clinic, no salt water port or feeding tube, not constantly trying to get another surgery, we know she bought her wheelchair on eBay, and tagging herself in Clearwater is hardly a smoking gun. Just a girl who got diagnosed with something that lets her bring her dog to work, and work happens to be Disney World. Well good news, I have proof! This was from a group chat with a third, mostly silent participant (supposedly Red) and that person is the reason it got leaked to someone else who then quietly passed it on to me. In this chat, Rachel is freaking out because she is at Trevino's office and another munchie with a service dog and an annual pass magnet on their car pulls up. Rachel is terrified it's Jaquie or Janiece and that people will know she's seeing the good doc as well. Doomsday averted, it's just Julian who hates Jaquie and shan't be sharing this information. Skinwalker rejoices that there's no chance Rachel's deep dark secret will get out. She's so cute! Also peep the dates, Tuesday April 26, 2019. Jaquie was already on life support at this point and died three days later. Nice christian behavior from two true jesus lovers.

Lol no you didn’t. You bought a diagnosis from a quack you saw one time after Hopkins told you that you did not have RA, then used that fake disease to justify keeping this one for yourself.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 8.57.54 PM.png

Bunch of hospital pics. Doesn’t explain any of them.

Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.16.59 PM.png

She’s feeling well enough to get back into puppy raising.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.19.20 PM.png

Now she can bring two dogs to disney at the same time!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.21.24 PM.png

In December 2019 she announces she has become a Disney trainer. This signifies how far she’s come with her health. The punchline, it swiftly approaches.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.25.09 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.25.22 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.26.21 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.26.31 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.28.42 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.29.31 PM.png

Back with the narcolepsy dog, also Amber Parascando in the comments. Amber was a disney CM whose "service dog" was terrified of life and then she quit Disney, wiped her socials, and there's now no proof she was ever using a scared rescue as a service dog. Except for the fact that I already had her archived.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.31.46 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 9.31.51 PM.png

And we know from her post that Rachel helped Amber earn the right to work at Disney with her terrified puppy mill reject.

We stop right here. She has no idea yet, but this is the last post she's going to make as an illness faker. After this the illness becomes decidedly not fake and she has no control over the situation. Since she now finally has proof she's actually disabled by this event and isn't afraid of being called out for faking, she will start talking a lot more about what's happening to her. Because she's an uptight control freak and perfectionist this will manifest as bouts of defiance and petulance disguised as optimism, followed by getting smacked by the reality of her situation over and over again.

You've gotten compliments on how comprehensive you are, but damn, this pacing. You could pitch such a good miniseries, with the classic true crime "foreshadowing" soundtrack in the background.

Oh, and btw deafblind medic whateveryouare, there's not really any "deep tunnelled lines." The PEG goes through your stomach wall, through to your jejunum - not tunnelled. And PICC/central/Hickmans run through veins .
She's trying to sound knowledgeable and deep, definitely, but there are tunneled central lines. Mostly for long-term safety, or if you don't have great superficial access; the tunneling part isn't really significant, especially in day-to-day use.

Thing is, it sounds like she's either trying to push she has one, and that they're desirable?... I'd presume she's trying to say she's that bonkers she needs it tunneled.... like wtf?
Also, thank you, I wasn't aware they existed :)

Like, if ANY of her creative writing was really true? They'd have been a public enquiry, it would have made media headlines in the UK..... and it didn't. I smell a fuckton of bullshit..

ETA: Does that Rachel girl know that a main use for magnesium citrate is constipation? So she's literally full of shit?

"When I phoned my parents crying.."
Somehow I missed this, but holy shit that's priceless.
If you have sepsis, especially "crippling sepsis," you are not making any phone calls. You're in severe full-body pain, you're running a fever, and you're confused and disoriented enough that if you're making any phone calls there is no way you're making sense. And since this was allegedly severe enough to be crippling, there's a good chance she would've been unconscious or at the very least too delirious to remember what happened.

You've gotten compliments on how comprehensive you are, but damn, this pacing. You could pitch such a good miniseries, with the classic true crime "foreshadowing" soundtrack in the background.

She's trying to sound knowledgeable and deep, definitely, but there are tunneled central lines. Mostly for long-term safety, or if you don't have great superficial access; the tunneling part isn't really significant, especially in day-to-day use.
View attachment 3281804
A tunneled central line is, to my understanding at least, just an extra-secure PICC line placed in your chest. The real question is how many lumens did it have? Everyone knows that the more lumens on your PICC/Hickman, the sicker you are and the better of a munchie you are. Analise, a reddit favorite, loved to brag about her triple-lumen Hickman.

(Also, definitely agree. If @Kate Farms Shill made a podcast about munchies, I would finally show interest in podcasts. There's probably a very good market for youtube video essays about munchie antics, the videos about Kelly Ronahan have done surprisingly well and for a while the fake disorder cringe subreddit was a trendy topic.)

ETA: I can't reply to the post, but what's wrong with her dog? The face looks weird. It doesn't look like a normal golden. His eyes are tiny and far apart.

Back for the finale of Rachel Denton (part 1, 2). When we left Rachel I said she had just made the last post she was ever going to make as an illness faker because she was about to hit the "found out" part of the "fucked around" idiom. She has carved out a niche of her own in the service dog disney munchie realm amongst the likes of Amber Parascando and Jess Paulsen because she doesn't talk much about her health in detail or what the dog does for her. This is, of course, appealing to the girls who aren't clever enough to train an actual parlor trick they can call a task, get diagnosed with anything, or collect the requisite toys. She had transitioned successfully from an RA faker to a chronic lyme faker to a POTS et al faker over the course of a year in her quest to be disabled.

Flare, cascade of symptoms. Just my luck! Back to the hospital for Rachel.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.03.21 PM.png

She posts this uncharacteristically misspelled story and…
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.57.20 PM.png

Oh whoops. Hey remember how she had a mitral valve prolapse and that increases your risk of endocarditis? She got endocarditis. There was vegetation on the infected heart valve which started breaking off and caused her to have a series of strokes at age 27. she also had pneumonia again.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.04.17 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.04.28 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.04.42 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.04.54 PM.png

At the last minute they find out the vegetation in her heart has mostly cleared; she does not need the open heart surgery she's been worried about getting.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.05.44 PM.png

One of the persistent rumors surrounding Rachel was she had secretly gotten a central line installed by Trevino for salt water but had it placed somewhere that it would not be visible and this is what caused the endocarditis. This may be true although I don't actually think it is and her (correct) reaction to needing a PICC for IV antibiotics is not changing my mind about it. My guess as to what caused the endocarditis is an infection during/after the kidney stones moved up to her fucked up heart valve and she was already predisposed from that. But given how tight-lipped she has been about everything up until now I can also see her having had a port between her titties or something and just never mentioning it.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.07.21 PM.png

Here’s some of (but not all of) the things that went wrong in her body because of this. Her vision is fucked and she explains that the only reason she's being coherent in her posts is she is relying on predictive text to fill in the words she is trying to type. Weakness on her left side, hearing damage, and she periodically can't feel her limbs.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.58.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.11.59 PM.png

I'm judging. Isn't this what you wanted for all those years?
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.09.25 PM.png

She’ll be out of work for a minimum of four months while she recovers.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.08.54 PM.png

Still trying to kick the heart infection
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.12.37 PM.png

Here she shows the gross thing that grew in her heart and caused all this.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.09.44 PM.png

She still might need surgery to fix the damaged valve and remove the infection.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.09.35 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.10.42 PM.png

But the followup shows she has cleared it and the valve surgery does not need to happen yet, so that’s good. PICC comes out.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.13.25 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.13.48 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.14.07 PM.png

Her whole page becomes frustrated posts about how slow her recovery progress is and failing to accept that she can't just fast forward to the part where she's back at Disney.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.09.21 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.09.29 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.09.35 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.09.41 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.12.08 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.13.26 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.14.39 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.14.45 PM.png

Here she talks about how she went close to deaf in one ear.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.16.19 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.16.31 PM.png

She needs speech therapy multiple times a week.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.12.58 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.50.14 PM.png

Not because she can’t talk, but because her damaged brain can't process a lot of stimulation at once anymore and the speech therapy is helping with that.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.17.56 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.18.08 PM.png

She has to sell her car because she can't even get into it let alone drive it. She's not sure she'll ever be able to drive again with her various deficits so she's not replacing it yet.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.18.33 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.18.56 PM.png

#myocarditis
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.19.14 PM.png

She could barely move right after the strokes but she’s slowly improving.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.20.55 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.38.22 PM.png

Now she has a new heart condition and her kidneys are ballsed up, which is another reason I think they kidney stones/infection/whatever are what caused the endocarditis.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.21.44 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.22.01 PM.png

Her brain is learning to compensate for her permanent vision deficits.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.17.22 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.17.32 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.18.14 PM.png

Here she proves her left retina is all funcled up. But seemingly happy to finally be a unique and special zebra like she wanted to be!
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.18.31 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.19.05 PM.png

Her hearing has not improved and she’s accepting she now might need hearing aids if she wants to get back to work.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.24.27 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.24.34 PM.png

Here she shows how unsteady she is just standing and trying to perform a simple task, dropping a soccer ball from shoulder height then catching it.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.25.10 PM.png

Still not accepting that she will not be able to do everything she wants at Disney anymore because she’s no longer faking a disability. She really can't get into or out of spaces that require you to transfer from the chair because her balance is shot, she struggles with coordination, and her muscles are too weak to carry her.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.27.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.28.07 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.28.14 PM.png

After four months, she graduates from speech therapy
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.43.17 PM.png

She’s down to 89 lbs and can’t gain anything back as her muscles eat themselves.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.43.59 PM.png

Her vision loss is permanent. Her hearing loss still hasn’t improved.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.30.12 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.30.40 PM.png

After six long months she “graduates” from PT and starts going to the gym on her own to keep building strength.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.32.30 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.33.09 PM.png

Let’s let Rachel tell us all the ways she’s fucked now. She had strokes in her occipital lobe which she says in a video story affects her ability to process visual information in volume, ex: when she’s looking at a bookshelf she’s unable to read the titles of the books because there’s too much information – colors, fonts, words, pictures. She has to choose a book and hold it up on its own in order to understand what it is.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.19.39 PM.png

Her corpus callosum. We know she can’t balance and is weak.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.21.54 PM.png

Her cerebellum. Ditto. We’ve watched her struggle to do complex tasks and she’s shaky as all hell when she tries.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.22.35 PM.png

And the parietal lobe, which explains the deafness and why she also has difficulty being in stimulating situations.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.23.35 PM.png

Her heart is still fucked.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.52.15 PM.png

She's getting fitted for hearing aids now that she's accepted that's not going to fix itself no matter how stubborn and defiant she is.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.44.44 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.45.04 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.47.00 PM.png

She’s cleared to go back to work.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.33.56 PM.png

And to drive. Just in case you were curious as to what this family's income tax bracket is, her dad let her take the Maserati out for a spin to practice.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.51.39 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.51.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.52.51 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.54.22 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.55.03 PM.png

She now cruises around in a wheelchair accessible van.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.38.36 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.34.34 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.34.57 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.54.39 PM.png

And yes, it’s actually accessible, not just a large van she’s pretending has been adapted. It has a ramp and adequate space for her to transfer from the chair to the driver's seat once she's in it.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.28.55 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.30.14 PM.png

That's just hitchhiker's thumb, dude. Like 1/4th of the US population has it.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.30.35 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.30.54 PM.png

It was hard to notice in other pics but she's gotten a wheelchair that's fitted for her now that she actually needs it. Those wheels are the appropriate size for her and the taper at the calves is no longer as extreme. The seat is also the correct size for her and much better for pressure relief. She had to get push handles on the back of the new one because she has difficulty self-propelling or even holding onto Mozart for long periods of time. Lest you think she’s hiking, no. She’s being pushed up grade if they can and being given piggyback rides where the chair can’t go. She also has a smart drive although she doesn't seem to use it very often. The few times it appears on her account it's not on her chair and someone else is carrying it for her.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.36.00 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.36.33 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.25.44 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.26.15 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.38.24 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.38.32 PM.png

Still claiming POTS though.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.37.31 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.24.33 PM.png

Back at disney! She's making adaptations to accommodate her new reality.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.24.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.38.50 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.38.58 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.27.03 PM.png

has some recovery setbacks while she tries to adjust to working again.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.27.46 PM.png

POTS. Bradycardia. Mm.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.32.42 PM.png

She successfully if awkwardly and clumsily got on Pirates but needed help to get back out.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.41.09 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.41.29 PM.png

She still can’t walk and stands with great difficulty. She keeps trying to go full speed ahead so she can get back to normal. Even with new (unnamed) POTS treatment that has been improving her condition for months she still struggles.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.40.10 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.33.54 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.34.24 PM.png

Still can't process a lot of stimulation and learns this over the holidays when the parks are extra busy and full of new lights, sounds, and special events.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.34.58 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.35.11 PM.png

Her hearing really isn't coming back.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.27.59 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.28.26 PM.png

She gets disoriented and dizzy very fast and can't ride things she used to enjoy.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.42.23 PM.png

Years after becoming an "almost full-time wheelchair user" Rachel finally learns that using a wheelchair is no fun when you don't get a choice. You can't just hop out to go over that obstacle or choose to use your walker instead. If it's not wheelchair accessible you cannot access it.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.44.17 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.44.24 PM.png

At the end of the year she gets promoted to coordinator, basically a shift supervisor.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.47.26 PM.png

Still bitter that the stroke delayed this.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 11.36.45 PM.png

A year after her stroke, she celebrates the progress she made while lamenting that the work isn’t over - and never will be. This is her life now.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.48.03 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.48.13 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.48.22 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.48.37 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.50.45 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.51.53 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.49.18 PM.png

She has somehow become even more insufferable.
Screen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.53.01 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.53.08 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.55.56 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-05-11 at 10.56.04 PM.png

And now we’re all caught up. She wanted a disability. She got one. Could it have been prevented? I have no idea because I’m just the narrator and she never gives me the whole story. We know at one point she was on immunosuppressant medications for her not-RA which could have contributed to the really dreadful infections she got. Or maybe she was just really fucking unlucky. Maybe the mitral valve problem was causing the POTS symptoms but she was too busy chasing things she could use to justify bringing her dog to Disney to do anything about it. Maybe there was nothing that could be done about it. I don’t know. I do know I have no sympathy for someone this smart and capable who spent all this time LARPing disability and was shocked to found out a real one isn’t fun.

Next up: my own custom-built schadenfreude manifests as an instagram account

Rachel is a much better representation of a working deafblind young woman than Alexandra. It's awful what happened to her, since (at least with the information available at the moment) she just wants attention and never went for the ultra-invasive tubes and treatments that other munchies love.
She had every opportunity to be a normal person and get plenty of asspats for having a service dog, but she barely got to fuck around before finding out. Just goes to show how damaging the MBI trend really is. If only this happened to someone like Paige or Alexandra.

It's so hard to gauge someone's medical condition when your source is unreliable, and mostly concerned with aesthetics.

You don't have to have a central line to get bacterial endocarditis, but it sure helps. Junkies get it from brief peripheral injection, but of nonsterile, dodgy substances, and multiple times. It'd be a perfect storm of contamination, immunosuppression and bad luck to get herself infected from a couple bags of saline in an ED visit or overnight with peripheral antibiotics.

Maybe it is just that pop spiritualism law of attraction: she put "invisible disability" on her Vision Board, blogged and blogged about it with all her heart, then one day she finally got her septic emboli. Thanks, Oprah.

paige already has snuffled around and found out, she has anti biotic resistant infections, she seems very content with trying to fuck off her legs
and speedrunning for a heart infection or something else vile

I decided to keep doing a deep dive on Alexandra, starting from a simple google search and going into the beginning of her blog. She has a twitter I don't feel like looking at right now.

We have very reputable news sources reporting on her story, the illustrious Daily Mail and world-renowned iNews.
1652564571431.png
1652564663121.png
Her Daily Mail article is predictably bland, but we learn the alleged extent of her deafness and blindness and that she makes her patients' sickness about her feelings and experiences. There was nothing interesting from iNews.
1652564995358.png
The BBC also wrote an article about an admittedly interesting photography project she did about diversity in the NHS. Alexandra did not elaborate on how she took photos with only 2.5% total vision.
1652565310926.png
1652565208852.png1652565269581.png
WalesOnline talked about how she became homeless after hospitalization and is crowdfunding for new accommodations, just like munchies love to do. She didn't say why she couldn't return, or why the University wasn't able to help her.
1652565543682.png
I found this article she wrote for a blind news site. Nothing too remarkable, but it gives a starting point for researching: mitochondrial myopathy.
1652565809369.png 1652566051090.png
There are many different forms of mitochondrial myopathy, some of which are linked to various causes of blindness. Of the ones listed here, the disorders that could also cause blindness include: Kearns-Sayre syndrome (causes ptosis and progressive vision loss), Leigh syndrome, MELAS (causes vision loss and sensorineural hearing loss), MNGIE (also causes hearing loss), MERRF (causes vision loss and sensorineural hearing loss), NARP (causes vision loss and sensorineural hearing loss), and PEO (which can also cause hearing loss.

I don't know enough about medicine, mitochondrial disease, or Alexandra herself to make an armchair diagnosis. However, it seems like exercise intolerance is very common in mitochondrial myopathy. Some of these conditions also cause heart problems and failure, breathing problems, seizures, coordination issues, dementia, neurodegeneration, and stroke-like episodes. This probably isn't great for a doctor or a professional-level swimmer like Alexandra claims to have once been.
If I had to guess, I would say Kearns-Sayre syndrome (it is more common) or regular PEO, or maybe MNGIE since she allegedly has severe gastrointestinal problems. This is a very uneducated guess.
Those of you with more knowledge and a penchant for diagnosing internet strangers, give it a shot if you want.
To save you the time of reading all that: mitochondrial myopathy could explain her symptoms, but it does not explain her behavior. Having a legitimate disability also does not prevent munchie tendencies (see Katie Stanina).

Back to the blog!

1652567943443.png
Here is her first post. It is boring.

1652568020525.png1652568118300.png
Alexandra went to NYC shortly after being septic in the ICU. She was able to visually enjoy the scenery of the valley.

The Calm Before the Storm was unreadable. Her ode to her scars was boring.

1652568537410.png
This one was also mostly boring, but it does show her hatred for obese people. It seems more fitting behavior for an ana-chan than from a doctor. Isn't Dr. Deafblind here supposed to have learned empathy by now? Or is that reserved for those she can personally project onto?
Also, lmao @ the poetic description of the scenery immediately after her saying she got lost in the woods and needed to hitchhike (which is an extra bad idea for someone who is deafblind and medically fragile).

More information from this blog post. Her stomach surgeries damaged her vagus nerve. Weird that she felt the need to confirm she did not want to be a hospital patient - as if most people do? She also said she has night blindness, which is in line with retinitis pigmentosa, along with nystagmus.
Horrifyingly, she went abroad and performed five circumcisions. With 2.5% total vision. She had two different height shoes on the entire time, something that probably doesn't happen very often to people who have been blind for their whole life.
She also has a funny anecdote that implies her vision is not capable of taking in the beautiful scenery, which she is capable of in other blog posts.

I said earlier that she's like Cheyenne, mainly because of her self-praising medical fanfiction. She seems a lot more like good ol' Adjustable Jaquie, but if dispensing medical advice over social media just wasn't enough attention for her. I need a fucking drink.

@Kate Farms Shill I can never seem to quote your posts, but this was a goddamn treat to read. I laughed, I cackled, I boggled, and felt the full beauty of karmic schadenfreude wash over me in a golden light.

This. Was. Marvelous. That video of her holding her dog's mobility halter with the soccer ball was fantastic - after years of trying to make people think she needed it, she actually needed it. Her complaining about the wheelchar - just PERFECT.

I'm so glad you stuck with this one. One of the best ones I've seen in this thread.

Lol,
Just, lmao.
From my recollection of ASL classes, the two most common forms of deafblindness are either:
A. Born deaf, then have some kind of accident resulting in loss of sight
B. Usher's Syndrome, where the child is born deaf and gradually loses their eyesight as they get older. Severe cases will cause vision loss early, but many make it a few decades before going fully blind
My immediate thought when reading the first post was "oh, she started going to medical school before going fully blind and managed to finish even as her eyesight declined" with option B, but damn. Full-blown munchie claiming to be deafblind, or at the very least exaggerating shitty eyesight and/or hearing- that's a new one.

I guess I never noticed certain posts I can't reply to and I never cared to page through man files to see why, so imma just be a lazy fuck and piggy back on your first sentiment - Kate is Great.

In British supermarkets the baby food is in its own section, so the baby porridge isn't next to the normal porridge, you just are not going to accidentally pick up the baby porridge, it's in a different aisle. She would have to have vision bad enough that she was in the wrong part of the shop without realising it and then somehow be lucky enough pick up the correct sort of product despite that but somehow complete the rest of the shopping fine despite all that.

Unless she's meaning she picked up Ready Brek?
