Julian Gavino/Shelby Logsdon part 2. When we left off, Shelby was trying to distance herself from Jaquie who had become a star of the LCF munchies thread and recently got a spin-off thread to talk about only her and her orbiters. At the time this mostly consisted of Janiece and my beloved Skinwalker with “Julian” being given a lot of benefit of the doubt that “he” is telling the truth because the others are way more blatant. Of course, as a munchie she can’t help but to try and throw her competition under the bus to legitimize herself and this is going to backfire spectacularly. This is going to be a lot of LCF screenshots and Jaquie lore because that’s where all of this played out and the entire reason I started following Shelby was that watching this all unfold in realtime was amazing. At the time those threads were the only place really discussing this and I found myself glued to my screen, refreshing, waiting to see what was going to happen next. This shit’s like a soap opera where every character is the villain. Come relive the magic with me.
As stated in part 1, Jaquie had Shelby on her channel for the last time in December 2017. They go to the dog park in Jaquie’s complex together so Atlas and Harlow can burn off some energy together, which they had discussed making a weekly date for the dogs. Shelby is using her rollator, not her chariot, and seems disinterested. Anons speculate it’s because she’s aware that LCFers watch Jaquie’s every move.
And they immediately prove why this might be problematic for her by digging through her instagram account and questioning her story.
Which leads her to grace them with her presence again. She admits she has been trying to dial back her health posting to avoid their radar although she frames it as just trying to pull back from the bad elements of the community. Here she tells everyone that she has a nerve condition again but doesn’t mention the other diagnoses and tries to play down her shit. Also what I got from this was “god I wonder what she deleted before she commented on LCF the first time.”
Anons treat her like anons will do. God damn this thread is so cringe. Anyway, discussion fizzles as Jaquie goes for her new toys and everyone gets distracted. Jaquie went to Hanger to get evaluated for braces on 27 December and suddenly needs AFOs for foot drop, a condition she’s never had before, never did PT for, etc. After that she started claiming to fall constantly and walked with a “baby deer” gait when using her rollator. Now if you watched the wheelchair hacks video from part 1, you would hear that Shelby explained she could walk but because of her nerve disease she “looked like a baby deer” and had to use the rollator for stability.

I’m mostly posting this because I am the president (and only member) of the Amanda Winig Fan Club and must bring her up whenever possible, but also because it’s actually relevant. The true love of my life was hospitalized in Tampa Bay (Morton Plant hospital) to start TPN after continuing to lose weight after getting her tube. She was also complaining of a bunch of other symptoms including that she had neuropathy in her legs and hands. Once hospitalized she escalated to claiming bouts of anaphylaxis, a possible heart attack, but most importantly, that the neuropathy worsened to the point that she could no longer feel her legs and no one could tell her why. She started asking for visitors.
On 7 January 2018, Jaquie and her mom went to visit her, apparently the first time they met in person. Putting aside the Single White Female aspect it’s a pleasant if not slightly awkward meeting and it looks like they had been talking for quite some time at that point. But the rumor is that Amanda had gotten herself worked up for a genuine rare n’ shiny, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, essentially putting a name to the nerve disease Shelby has always claimed to have. Shelby claims the exact nature of hers can’t be or hasn’t been determined, chalking it up to genetics or damage from celiac, but Amanda went with the pure autoimmune version. Jaquie then started asking too many questions because she was trying to justify the AFOs – we’ll get to why that’s important in a second – and Amanda realized she was about to get her rare n’ shiny stolen. Like I said, this community is a rabbit hole. Amanda, in her attempt to distance herself from Jaquie, tried to go back to work at Disney’s Polynesian Village but was not rehired and the rumor is that she tried to request more accommodations for the GBS but couldn’t provide proof she actually had it.
So what’s true in there? Well we know Amanda claimed/claims to have GBS. We know Amanda stopped talking to Jaquie in January 2018 and tried to get distance between them. I also remember but have no proof that right before she shut down her public accounts, Amanda cried that she wasn’t getting rehired by Disney because of accommodation issues and I have a leak who told me (again, no proof) that when she went to get a smaller wheelchair after starving herself to 70 lbs, the forms said she needed it for POTS, no mention of GBS. We know Jaquie was trying to get AFOs, and we know Shelby also claimed to have a demyelinating nerve disease. That’s all, just some scene setting for our big fireworks display.
Meanwhile, Shelby is posting about positivity, her partner, and how much her life has improved with her chair and Atlas.
On January 12, Jaquie was still going for the AFOs, but first she had open abdo roux-en-y surgery to install the straight j-tube that ultimately killed her. This distracted the LCFers because it was an extremely unnecessary surgery even if she really needed the tube and the first time Jaquie showed that she was in real pain after years of claiming to be in constant, excruciating, 10/10 pain all the time. Back in 2016 when Jaquie and Shelby first met, Jaquie was claiming that anything other than tylenol or NSAIDs wouldn’t work for her because of her EDS: the -caines metabolized too fast and wore off almost immediately, but opiates metabolized too slowly and even a tiny dose would have her feeling like shit for days. This was, I believe, an attempt by her to prove she wasn’t a drug-seeker; she couldn’t be labeled one if she refused to take opiates even when she had a reason to. The only sedating drug she used was benadryl and the only scheduled one was ketamine infusions she started in late 2017 and only got once every six weeks. Faced with real pain from an open-abdo surgery, she hit that dialudid button like her life depended on it and then malingered for days with fake anaphylaxis to stay hospitalized and hooked up to opiates-on-demand.
Some people saw the writing on the wall. Jaquie did become an opiate addict after this surgery which definitely contributed to her death. I'm not going to post the whole saga of Jaquie's surgery becasue it doesn't really matter but just know this surgery and her consequent drug addiction were the two main factors in her death.
After many posts of her dog at disney, Shelby gets a fluff piece on NBC news.
This leads to an interview with Fox News’s Orlando affiliate and way more attention. Anon who made the timeline points out that during this whole interview, Shelby never stimmed even though she claimed it was nearly constant in her insta posts. At this point the anons still believed Shelby was legitimately ill because unlike Janiece who was a constant on Jaquie’s channel and had one of her own or Amanda who was just fucking obsessed with copying Jaquie, Shelby was a background character no one cared to look into too deeply before she had a chance to sanitize her account. That she engaged with the farmers and was friendly towards them gave the impression she had nothing to hide.
One of the responses to this speculates that Jaquie and Shelby must not be friends anymore or else Jaquie would at least post a “yes I’m happy for my friend” when people ask her about it. Instead, she ignores it entirely.
The next day, someone formally accuses Shelby of being a munchie. The video linked has nothing really jarring in it. Just Atlas meeting Pluto. People tell anon to fuck off.

It’s not Rachel because she says she doesn’t know Janiece. It could be Amanda, who is trying to distance herself from Jaquie publicly because of the thread calling her out for her Single White Female behavior and who has a reason to want to throw Jaquie under the bus over her (allegedly) trying to “steal” her GBS diagnosis. We also know Amanda and Shelby became friends around this time from leaks, bonding over the GBS. But the most likely answer is that this is Shelby and she just wants an excuse to not give up the details because of mutually-assured destruction: if she squeals about Jaquie skinwalking, Jaquie could do the same thing right back.
And people are starting to question Jaquie’s foot drop and how she “stole” this from Shelby.
We also learn that Shelby and Jaquie are no longer friends on social media.
January 31, Shelby posts this wall of texts about separating yourself from your illness. LCFers assume it’s a subtle dig at Jaquie. The leak comes back to confirm that yes it is.
That same day, Jaquie posts a vlog that barely mentions her health after weeks of it being the only thing she could talk about. She goes to the aquarium and eats dinner, the end. Of course she brings out all of her toys and this adventure brought us the classic wheelchair crash gif. (Which, hilariously, was made by @BrochureAnon, later outed to be Carly Lloyd, the POTS munchie with the port between her titties.) But it was a big change from weeks of non-stop health drama, surgery, hospital vlogs, and doctor appointments.
We learn Shelby' a vegan. Not a huge deal, there's vegan foods you can eat that do not contain gluten or aggravate mild GP although it would be a bit of work. Except it sounds like maybe Shelby has moved on to skinwalking Rachel now with the veganism and NHSD, lol.
Again anons go digging and find Shelby’s tumblr, which is full of sexual content and memes and almost no illness shit. Now I don’t know if this is still around, probably not because tumblr banned porn or whatever. I hate this so much. I looked it up because I’d never heard of CRPS presenting in kids before (recognised but rare!). In saying that, where and how does Layla’s “CRPS pain” actually present? Nothing new on her Twitter since her post about going back to medical school. I don’t know if she just dressed in scrubs + oxygen tubing + white cane for a photoshoot to celebrate returning after summer or if she’s genuinely gone back at the beginning of May. It’s a really weird time to go back because she’s missed so much that realistically she’d need to restart the year she dropped. I don’t know if they just stuck her on a short summer placement to see how she would cope and will reassess after. One thing that’s bothered me in reading the things about her placement is that she doesn’t seem to feel the need to make anyone other than “the medical school” aware of her disability. She just waltzes onto wards without pre-warning anyone about what accommodations she might need and gets surprised when doctors don’t let her do anything. Even an email would suffice so tutors wouldn’t be blindsided, but despite Alexandra’s empathy superpowers she cannot comprehend anyones concerns but her own when in reality it would benefit her greatly.
Truly sick people can't just up and decide to quit going to the doctor! What a privileged little brat!

Yeah it sucks if people who are disabled (which Shelby isn’t) get some of the brunt of this but when you’ve been walking around in 90 degree heat all day, standing for an hour waiting for a bus with whining children, looking at your phone every 5 minutes because oh my god I’m going to miss my dinner reservation, it’s really fucking annoying to have a bunch of fats who ate themselves immobile roll up five seconds before the bus arrives, take up 75% of the available space and delay you by another 20 minutes while they all get hoisted on board, if you don’t get told you have to wait for the next bus which will also manifest its own herd. Every time I’ve ever heard someone complain about this, it’s because the wait was stupid long for some reason (i.e. the monorail isn’t operating) and just as the bus is pulling up a group of morbidly obese people roll up on rented scooters and cut in line.

Nina recently had a dilemma where she wanted to go on a vacation to an island but it wasn't wheelchair-accessible so she didn't know where to leave her powerchair once she got there. The actual answer is "you can't go because it's not accessible" but the Nina Solution was to decide she simply didn't need her chair that week. So she fucked off to Rhodes for a week of non-accessible fun, then returned to london and suddenly needed a powerchair again. How lucky for her to get a break from both her hectic life of doing fuck all and her really real disabilities at the same time!
I doubt anyone actually told you this, considering you claim no one knows what specific variant of this disorder you have or what the origin is therefore they wouldn’t tell you that it would definitely progress or whatever. Maybe “if you don’t x then y and z might happen” or “we don’t know, it could be bad or it could fuck off and never come back.” More likely none of this happened.

I know this is my forever soap box but the P in POTS stands for postural aka it is dependent on changing the position of your body. Your blood pressure crashes when you stand so your heart works overtime and you get dizzy, maybe black out. You sit back down to fix it. When these girls claim the dog alerts to their POTS episodes they are basically claiming the dog is psychic and able to predict that in 10 minutes they are going to stand up.

They have the audacity to not have her correct feeding tube button size to replace the one she fucked with (which is apparently the norm, they send you home with a “dangler” because they don’t stock every single possible length of button.) Insurance companies don’t just approve $20,000 custom wheelchairs with smartdrives if you can walk! By “given things I’m allergic to” I’m gonna guess she claims to be allergic to every painkiller except the one that starts with D, or they tried to make her eat and she claimed to be allergic to everything they offered.

So either they were sealed because she was underage which is entirely possible or she was never in real trouble with the law. (Her mom DID get into a boatload of CC debt though.)
Regardless, this teenage brush with pill popping now makes her an expert in addiction as well. On April 29, 2019 Jaquie died and Shelby made her requisite memorial post. Doesn’t mention the part where she threw Jaquie under the bus in front of an audience of mean girls who wanted to rip her trachea out and use it as a fleshlight to deflect from her own skinwalking. As per usual, the post is all about herself and not about Jaquie as a person. And she lets slide that she modeled herself on Jaquie. We know how true that is now.
That’s called guilt and anxiety about the fact that you’re on the same path. Congratulations on your human emotions.
For the one person reading that doesn’t know, Jaquie died because her intestine “telescoped” under immense pressure and wrapped around her feeding tube which cut off the blood supply and made it die off. It was under so much pressure because Jaquie was addicted to opiates, potentiating them with IV benadryl and often using IV zofran on top which all cause constipation. She had multiple severe bowel impactions that had to be manually broken up by doctors. To this mess she added Rick Simpson Oil, a highly concentrated THC oil she was vaping around the clock. This “gave her relief” from her GP (lol) and “allowed” her to stuff her face, while also making her completely glued to her bed most of the day and even more sedentary than before, so she rapidly gained weight. Weeks before her death the quack geneticist diagnosed her with a mitochondrial disorder and prescribed her dextrose solution to replace her IV saline meaning she was also running sugar water into her veins. She was advised to take her j-tube out since she was no longer doing tube feds but kept it explicitly to put her opiate medications in and got a doctor to sign off on this. After like two weeks of malingering in the hospital on a dilaudid pump on top of all this other shit her tortured bowel finally exploded through the nearest convenient weak spot, her j-tube stoma, which was extra-weakened because she had recently had buried bumper syndrome i.e. she gained weight so fast the balloon inside her feeding tube that kept it in place started to compress and erode the tissue around it. She had been falsely claiming anaphylaxis for the whole time she was hospitalized and when she had real symptoms she once again started saying it was her MCAS acting up. Everyone thought she was crying wolf and her last post was about how the nurses were ignoring her when she was in real distress. By the time someone took her seriously she was in multiple organ failure and there was no chance of survival, so her parents withdrew life support and let her pass. Now that you’ve read all that: Shelby’s in the hospital for a terrible GI flare with complication after complication from her tube and missed her own wife’s graduation for it. I also have to wonder if her addiction-sperg over the previous weeks was because so many pearl clutchers on Reddit et al were talking about Jaquie's pain medication addiction with varying degrees of sympathy.
I’m sure no one has ever had to keep themselves occupied during a very boring time before and is astonished to learn that one can make a phone call, watch youtube, listen to music, or download an app during this time.
