I had an autism exposed email address so I had to reach out over email and prove I owned the account in order to change it (my account got locked after phase 2 of #dropkiwifarms and I was too drunk to get it fixed for about a year or 2)

Just make a thread asking a mod to change it. Just make sure you include your email and password for both the new and old email and they'll take care of it.
