The Tapestry property records system shows a different date for the old house's purchase, but I'm guessing that's just the difference between having their offer accepted and the closing date.

The system shows Nick and Kayla buying the 12556 52nd Street NE property on 6 March 2009 and taking out a $223,000 mortgage for it. They paid off the mortgage on 4 December 2012. The property tax bills go to them in their names.

Tapestry shows them being granted a certificate on the 12291 51st Street NE property on 7 April 2022 by the Robert Lord Property Trust. Nick and Kayla took out a $316,000 mortgage on that property that same day. The trust continues to pay the property taxes for it.

Johnny Depp's baby mamma is Vanessa Paradis, so the universe is continuing to contract. Maybe Johnny will livestream Nick's trial and get out of debt.

Very interesting. Is anything else known about the Robert Lord Property Trust? Who the trustees are, what the terms of the trust are, etc? As a co-owner Kayla could force the sale of 12556 52nd Street against Nick's wishes if she wanted to, such as if she was leaving him. She would likely have no ability to force the sale of 12291 51st Street. Could be a coincidence though.

Also, according to the county property tax portal, Nick was late paying his property taxes on 12556 52nd Street (the house he's now selling) as of February this year:

An update on Ethan Ralph for those interested. After crossing the border at Tijuana, he likely took a flight from San Diego to Portland OR. Then he flew from there to Minneapolis arriving maybe around midnight.

I strongly suspect that he has been using the airports as hotels over the past few days and that is part of the reason why its taking him so long to get there. Unless he finds somewhere to clean up, he should have about four days of pig dirt on him.

If Ralph is taking the bus from Minneapolis up to Wilmar today, he should be departing from the airport in a few minutes. If he doesn't have a place to stay in Wilmar, he will probably sleep in the Minneapolis airport tonight and Uber up to the hearing early tomorrow if he can wake up in time.

Ralph being in Minnesota means the risk of the end times and the battle of Jim's driveway could be near at hand. But none of the other participants are on the move at the moment.

I want a documentary of all these moving parts, directed by Ken Burns and narrated by David McCullough.
