It is very likely that the mandatory reporter's information went from the police to CPS on 5/16/24. Technically CPS might have "ignored it" in the sense that they waited for the police to investigate and decide what to do.

I think Nick could've got out of this without prison time, I think Nick will get prison time. Now having a CPS case or two against you in a city; that could be just nothing, people call CPS when they see a kid on a bike on the sidewalk sometimes.

But if you're off in a rural fuck-fuck house a billion miles from anywhere? That is either SWATTing (child stalker style) or something else. CPS closing the case because they don't have enough evidence to do anything doesn't indicate a damn thing.

Given Nick’s “on the internet” lifestyle and career any CPS calls could just as easily be a new flavor of SWAT’ing. I’m not saying the callers are wrong. But CPS will view reports from “ anonymous retards on the internet” somewhat differently than those from “local mandatory reporters with direct physical contact with the kids and family”. We don’t know what those earlier reports were, yet. But if Nick is (for once) not lying and the cases were closed quickly with findings of no basis or evidence, than they were likely similar to the stream of rando State Bar Complaints he used to get and read off.
