His family seems like the type that would tip him off if his step dad was pushing for charges. His family doesn't seem that smart to be honest. They never even taught Nick or Amber for that matter basic hygiene. His aunt took care of his apartment for him, odds are that was because nobody wanted to deal with him and left him to himself. They more than likely won't even bother with him in jail.

I do hope Shyer gets taken care of too. Does anybody know if they take cats to shelters when their owners are arrested? And for that matter, how is PA and euthanization? I'd like to hope even a cat who had to be so close to Nick gets a better life than it had.

I wonder if any PA Kiwis might be willing to rescue Shyer.

It's be poetic justice, I think, taking away the cat he neglected and loving him more than Nick ever did.

That's what I was hoping. :( Shelter life for cats can end too fast too without cats getting the lives and love they deserve. Any Kiwi looking for a cat in the PA area? Try calling shelters in that area in the next few days.

Hopefully his family took the cat in, I thought he lived with his aunt too. I might be incorrect though, I don't know enough about Nick to say.

First things first, do we have anybody in PA close to Lancaster who's willing to go to the trial like with Chris?

Second I hope that Anna and Amber find peace knowing that this sick mother fucker is behind bars.

Third here's some info on the prison Nick is currently rotting in


Edit: currently checking Cow and ED to see if theirs more info I can dig up.

I believe his aunt owns the building he lives in? I don't know if his family has pets, but I'd assume being the trashy folks that they are, they're just as lazy to keep after them considering they couldn't raise Nick of Amber to brush their teeth.

Now this comes with a big "Not a Lawyer" Disclaimer, but he's looking at one Felony 1 charge and three Misdemeanor 1 charges. M1s in Penn are a maximum of 5 years, and F1s are minimum of 10. Now this means Sick Nick is looking at anywhere between 10-25 years at minimum in prison assuming all the charges stick with him by the time he gets to sentencing, all depending on how Pennsylvania adds it up in the end (concurrent vs consecutive, how many years he gets on the M1s, etc etc). And again not a lawyer, so no idea what the maximum he could face is, the math appears much less clear cut on that.
