I didn't say "industrial stapler"; I said "staple gun". But, yeah, a store that hangs up banners and posters and other relatively heavy shit would never have a staple gun. Mongoloid.

I think the minimum-wage grunt working at a Gamestop who needs to staple something to something else is going to use whatever's already at hand (or that their boss hands them). They'll give zero shits.

Also, everybody uses those big staple guns. They're much more convenient for attaching things to walls than a regular pain-in-the-ass office stapler.

You sure about any of that, this is looking like it's doing better day one without any updates or anything, where's the better x86 performance at guys? You guys told me the Switch 2 would be emulated on a Steam Deck, this is uh, this is looking like it's more powerful. You guys sure you weren't hitting boutique jenkem there?

There’s been an update on the issue, apparently it’s a bit of a clusterfuck:
  • This issue was only reported at a single location in Staten Island, NY but I wouldn’t be surprised if other locations have similar issues.
  • The store’s AC system was broken at the time of preparing preorders and it was hot and humid in the store.
  • Said issues prevented the usual tape and stickers from sticking to the Switch 2 boxes which lead to the store manager telling employees to just staple it to the box in order to save time (they had to process over 100 preorders).
I can only assume that everyone at that location is going to get fired over this disaster.

That’s how mine was identified as well, the employees would also give you a free reusable bag depending on the amount of product you picked up.

Its about on par for steamdeck now. Steamdeck has thicker (more comfortable) handles, but still similar dimensions

EDIT 2 : NGL, the joycons look POTENTIALLY really fucking cool for steam deck input. NGL if they get working with steam input, I might buy them JUST for that, as they could function POTENTIALLY as

This ASSUMES nintendo aren't going to be faggots about not letting it work though

Steam Input supports Switch (1) Pro Controller and JoyCons (together and separate) so you will likely get your wish, so long as you can pair them to your computer. Don't have them to test.

But switch controllers with a mouse shell, especially with the mouse input MIGHT replace my mouse if I'm honest. Just because the SHEER versatility there.
