im not saying null is guaranteed to lose, but expecting this to be an easy win is foolish and naive

epik is much higher profile than greer, and even in bankruptcy the people who own and run the company are infinitely better connected than greer. it's not guaranteed by any means, but it is absolutely possible that they get outside help if they get sued by null.

Null has said there was CP on KF at some point and that linode locked his servers for it.
That will probably make it really hard to show that Epik was defamatory when they said there was CP on KF.

Untrue. The CSAM was posted to an image board on another VPS that I also leased from Linode. 2016 was when I was developing Infinity Next. The server was a development server for the Infinity Next project. There has never been a time that the Kiwi Farms has hosted child pornography. This was the infinitydev.org website which is archived here: https://archive.is/9oypZ

Also, I know you're really trying to help torpedo the lawsuit, but it's not going to work. Epik posted their reasoning and their reasoning is evidently faulty and archived. Caraballo only said what they did because Epik said it prior. They can't retroactively modify their justification. It's already on record. All you can do is seethe.
