That's a fair point, but there is a difference between doing it for a laugh and doing it because you're legitimately mad at your target and want to ruin their life. Generally it stops being "lolcow watching" when the cause is that you feel that the person has personally wronged you, and especially if your definition of "personally wronging" is "banning your friend from an online forum".
