Patrick Casey is a White nationalist activist who began IRL activism in early 2016 during the advent of Donald Trump. Casey eventually joined Identity Evropa, a White nationalist group in November 2017. Prior to Fuentes he was involved in White advocacy before several hit pieces by the ADL & SPLC were written on Casey. A graduate student at San Diego Stte University for anthropology, Casey stated his road to racial realism began during his studies in college.
With the Alt Right collapsing by early 2018 due to Charlottesville, the “Optics War” waged by Fuentes, and continued fracturing and arrests of Alt Right figureheads, Casey would ultimately decide to rebrand the “Identity Evropa” cringe into the American Identity Movement (AIM) adopting an Americana aesthetic and shifting away from overt pro White activism and into American activism. Furthermore, Unicorn Riot, an Antifa collective hacked and released 770,000 discord messages of Identity Evropa further damaging the movement further.
Sometime in 2019, Casey would eventually befriend Fuentes and eventually became integrated into America First. Fuentes often omits Casey’s involvement in the Groyper Wars and many of Casey’s members would attend Charlie Kirk’s rallies to troll him under the organization of Patrick Casey:

Casey would organize the first AFPAC in Washington, DC until it was Doxxed by Antifa an hour after:
Casey would later participate with Fuentes in Stop the Steal and attended January 6th, 2021. It was that day that relations with the two would begin to collapse.
A week after J6 Fuentes was placed on a no fly list and the Feds seized his money. Eventually Fuentes decided he wanted to do AFPAC2. Casey openly objected and disagreed, and in February 2021, Patrick Casey openly announced his resignation from AF and he fired up a livestream exposing Nick Fuentes for being under FBI investigation, had half a million seized, and Nick was being placed on a no fly list. This stream was made in response to Beardson’s aggressive hostilities which was ordered by Nick himself.

After this, Fuentes would go on Ralph’s Shartstream to try to refute Casey’s claims but he was seen as floundering and Casey’s claims over time were proven correct:

However after this drama, Casey never said a word about Nick again. A year later, the rise of Kino Casino has raised questions on whether or not Casey will break his silence. However, as the America First-Kino Casino feud escalated, especially due to Jaden’s defection, Fuentes would eventually go on his show and admit that he has blackmail on Patrick Casey in these two clips:
With these clips coming out, Patrick Casey’s silence on Fuentes is largely due to the possible blackmail Fuentes holds over Casey and will threaten Casey with this if he does break his silence. That being said, Casey continues to remain silent on the AF matter and mainly streams Elden Ring on DLive and occasionally but less frequently his political show Restoring Order and has generally faded out in the mind of the “AF-sphere”
