It sure sounds like they're implying they believe fatrick might have been behind the bomb threats, but are couching their language just enough to avoid opening themselves up for libel.
Granted, assuming the bomb threats even happened. It could be them blaming him for spreading a story about fake bomb threats.

Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird is still the fastest. They have another one that's just a little slower.

Yeah he claimed there was a bomb threat but a funster called the hotel and the nice dark skinned lady was all "da hell u talking about nigga" when asked about it.
So I wonder if he told them there was a bomb threat and they decided he wasn't worth the potential trouble. Or he told them there was a bomb threat and they found out he was full of shit, trying to make the whole con about him and his internet follies and then they decided to tell him to "LEAVE AND NEVER RETURN."
