Except Republicans are a lot more likely to have children in some studies, by nearly 50% more and donate to children causes both in the public and through churches. They are also more likely to vote against things that hurt children while Democrats will vote for things that do. One of the biggest issues with things like child care is inflation. It just costs too much for low income families to afford and need more help. However that's also their problem as they can't seem to figure out ways to properly budget costs or look for other places to live that would be better on finances. Low income families are also more likely to suffer from vices due to the stresses low paying jobs give which makes things even worse.
