Trying to find info on the name change, found this instead. It's from five months before the name change. Could someone who speaks legalese explain what's going on here?

From my research, it seems like he might have been overpaid unemployment insurance, told to pay it back, didn't pay it back, and then a civil warrant was issued. This resulted in a judgment against him in the amount unpaid. There are also formal hearings for unemployment validity before administrative law judges, but I don't know if those would be part of the Milwaukee county court system or an agency hearing within the Department of Workforce Development. And there are actions taken for fraud, but I don't think the case would show up with this description if he was being sued for fraud.

Looks like he was committing unemployment fraud and got caught.
And I suppose it could have been innocent but I seriously doubt that. It doesn't really matter though, they're still entitled to it back. For whatever reason, they didn't pursue it criminally.

Because let's face it, he's doomed to live a life filled with constant humiliation and suffering all caused by his own stupidity.
He seems like one of those kids who got burnt by the stove, but keeps putting his hand into the flame regardless. In 40 years I want to see stories about how his sad broke geriatric ass got stomped by crazed Antifa activists who mistook him for a Republican because he didn't acknowledge their 27 genders.
