My favorite thing about Ethan Ralph is that he's so white trash and poor that he thinks going out to a restaurant or taking a vacation trip is above the financial means of almost anyone. As if normal people don't eat at nice restaurants all the fucking time... Or take vacations every other month--usually with their families as well!
