Ughhhh. This is reminding me of the giant fucking mess of finding the right torrent for the best version of The Lion King where they didn't fuck up the picture.

Hot Take: If you buy a movie, you should be legally entitled to pirate all previous versions of it.
SO. MANY. MOVIES. have been butchered by later re-edits. Star Wars is just the well-known one...

The Aladdin opening song is another one where the re-edit doesn't even match the tone of Robin's singing voice. I had to look for AGES to find a copy of the movie with the unaltered original.

As much as I appreciate movies going up on streaming platforms before they even leave theaters, itd be nice if any movies being released were worth watching.
Piracy solved by just not releasing anything worth downloading.

It's also funny that this is also becoming a thing with video games, i.e. how The Sims 4 has gotten even more and more buggier with its decade of DLCs, but the gameplay is still shallow and doesn't come close to the past 3 Sims games, that Anadius, who created an easy way to pirate the game, gave up on it completely.

I think there are rotating lists of private trackers with open signups. I’d just choose an alias, rent a seedbox, jump on one and seed the fuck out of everything until you build a reputation. Then you start looking around for invites to others.

I don’t do this personally, I just use public trackers and split my traffic between a local and rented seedbox and use Soulseek for music.

I mean if I received an invite I’d participate, but I’ve never found a reason to actively go hunting for one. It’s a good way to do it if you’re up for investing the time into it.
I don't mind public trackers but I am having a hard time finding some TV shows now.

I think Denuvo isn't discussed that much anymore because only big publishers like Ubi use it and people don't care that much about their games. THERE IS CURRENTLY 14 MAIN ASSASSIN'S CREED SERIES INSTALLMENTS. Last one was released in March!

I've realised one of my biggest issues with piracy is that I love the Stremio + RD combo so much but I don't want to brag about it to people because I'm worried it'll get more mainstream and will get killed somehow.

Real-Debrid/Alldebrid and Stremio/Kodi are pretty mainstream for media piracy anymore. Real-Debrid even got hit by the French courts last year which caused a day or two downtime for most apps. It blows my mind that both of them are based in France and are still alive. Would make more sense to be based in a country that doesn't care about copyright such as somewhere in Eastern Europe where most piracy website exist.

Rule 1 of Piracy.

Sometimes you don't notice it right away. I heard that they replaced a lot of music in the Blu-ray release of Supernatural. There were lots of popular artists in it when it aired - Ozzy, Filter etc. They did the same with Beavis & Butt-Head and that show is famous for all the music videos they watched. Your best bet these days is probably the "King Turd Collection" that has ALL the music videos and is completely uncut (I think).

Lest we forget Cameron.

From the look of this discussion (archive) on librespot, it looks like getting Spotify flac shouldn't be too difficult a task. Unfortunately, Spotify deployed their lawyers, so any potential effort will happen out of sight for now, I suspect. 320kb/s ogg is enough for my purposes, but it would be great to have flac as an option.

Yeah, good luck to them with that. Talking to PCs will never replace traditional input methods. Sacrifices too much control.
Not too on topic but when i bought my new TV a couple of years ago it came with a remote that has voice recognition. Before i noticed that thanks to that feature the remote eats batteries like nobody's business i tried the speech recognition out a couple times for a laugh and even then i just felt really, really stupid by talking to my fucking appliances. I also cringe everytime when i visit my friends who are mostly Apple niggers and they do the whole "Hey Siri" shit.

Is it possible to pirate movies from Amazon Prime and other big streaming platforms?
yes it's possible if we use extremely sophisticated means like credential stuffing accounts with premium access and then scraping the content subtly using

im just shitposting no, what are you looking for i can maybe find it for you
