I've gotten incredibly sick of how samey they all are so i'm going to show them all who's boss by making a terrible, terrible parody for your eyes only. It's based off an actual run i'm doing right now so that I can keep it ~authentic~ (rip the game's storyline nearly beat for beat and make major character deaths the game's decision instead of mine) and I have only the worst jokes planned for it.

In all seriousness, I'm tired of being stuck in a rut and need to force myself to draw something, so i've decided to channel my petty rage into a glorified shitpost that I hope might make someone laugh. I'm not very funny, but I'm gonna try my best. If nothing else, whatever I keep in will be something that makes me laugh, because I don't laugh very easily at all and I want to make something that will make me happy when I look at it.

Get ready for a bunch of horrid-looking humans lol. That's my only guarantee.

EDIT: I have decided to take character inspiration from Poptropica to maximize the comedy

currently torn between making this an overdramatic parody of Current Day nuzlocke comics like I originally intended or just going full retard and writing a regular nuzlocke comic in the style of the original (slurs and all) with some elements of Current Day parody instead
originally the latter was out of the question but considering how retarded i've been throughout this playthrough + my choice in character design I'm wondering if it might be funnier
it probably will be considering I'm spiteful enough towards Current Day stuff that I doubt i'd be able to focus much on humor :thinking:

I think the latter would be better because it'd allow you to demonstrate why new nuzlocke comics are shit and why the original was better, and maybe let you enjoy making the comic more.
