Need to type this one out because the retard who brought it up doesn't know how to format shit and let it run on so it can't be gotten in a single screenshot.
"I feel the need to express my dissatisfaction with the way that Maarshalker's situation was handled. While I trust the mods' decision to ban Toaster, I do think it should be obvious that the victim of the harassment (Maarsh) should have been consulted before action was taken, at the very least as a heads up. This wasn't done, leading to Maarsh seemingly panicking and the victim in the situation being muted for an hour in all channels and being told to "take a seat, dude." This situation spiraled out of control over the next 24 hours and devolved into Maarsh's suicidal threats and idealizations until he had to be removed from the team.
I won't defend Maarsh's threats, nor defend his place on the team after he made them, but the lack of support offered to him after he was the victim of harassment seems like at best a drastic oversight and at worst a callous disregard for the individual we should be taking action to protect. This becomes doubly true when you consider our channel, #snowflakes_anonymous, which theoritcally should be used for additional support to those going through difficult mental struggles, whose purpose was seemingly ignored in the proceedings (besides being the location of some drama that unfolded) Maarsh had posted for months in- (cuts off the scream because they're a retard and that part is lost) Does this mean we ought to have ignored Maarsh's threats or that the mod team is at fault for his suicidal messages? Absolutely not, but to pretend like nothing more could have been done is far from the truth, and I was hoping that the team says that it provides a safe place for it's members would do so properly.
In short, while I understand the punishments involved all around, I'm displeased with the team's rough handling of a sensitive individual, and hope that some kind of lesson is learned to prevent this type of situation in the future."
