Hope they've discovered emulators. Wild Guns is a good game, but not $150 good. Same goes for Silent Hill. Remember seeing Shin Megami Tensei 4 for way over 70 dollars just for the cartridge.

SMT in general was hit hard by this spike in the used game market. It's good they want to play real SMT games, but please just use an emulator. SMT1 and 2 with the translation patches run on potatoes. The FBI won't bust in the door over downloading 30 year old RPGs. They'll bust in the door and dance furiously.

They don't want to play it, otherwise they could get flashcarts or reproductions carts and in the case of cd console you can just play burn isos on them. (Not counting emulation ). The demand increase is from hoarders and scalpers mostly, Yuppies have been into retro games for a few years trying to turn them into an speculative invrstment market but no ones needs to pay 200$ for silent hill 3 disc with cum on it.

Since flea markets are closed you get a bunch of ebay resellers scalping each other which is funny to see, even common as fuck games that have no shortage of copies out there are inflated, and i don't think paying those prices is a good finantial investment either. Is only good to have those games if you got your stuff at a yard sale for 2$
