According to realtor, com, that house was originally built in 1920 and recently extensively remodeled into a 5 bedroom, 4 apartment unit. Likely Caden did not buy the place, but instead rents. Two of the apartments are efficiency units and at least one has two bedrooms, so they could be sharing the rent there. Seems plausible, right?
Who else lives in those apartments? Flutter? Other tenants?

While "Honor Roll" can't go with "SONICHU" because weens stole that plate, why didn't he go with "SONICU" or "SONCHU"? Why "SONCIHU"?

Or better yet, why not have a "normal" license plate instead of a "vanity" one? Oh right, that bloated ego.

It really is disturbing when people refer to that freak as female.

Chris' original vanity plate was Son-Chu, which I believe was the plate that got stolen off the van. It rotated through a couple of vehicles: the Escort wagon, the blue Focus, and I believe the van and possibly the Cadillac.

Could be the house was originally built as a company home for the mill thats across the highway. It used to be pretty common back in the late 1800s and early 1900s for businesses like factories, mines, mills, etc. to build their own communities and even towns close by for employees to live so they'd be close to work. I almost bought a house that was in a former company town for the Kennecott Copper mine called Copperton. It was a really nice all-brick Craftsman style house built in the 1930s when Copperton was settled for managers at the mine, but the layout of the house wouldn't have worked out for my family at the time, and I would have had to share the driveway with the next door neighbor, which I didn't like, so I passed on it. But it's a really cool community up in a canyon that even has a nice park in the town square, yet it's still close to the rest of the valley so you kinda get the best of both worlds where you have that rural small town feel, but are reasonably close to all the modern conveniences like big box stores and such.

After more than two months of no likes activity, Chris liked a bunch of Pony related tweets.

This one from a MLP voice actress about windy weather is probably just a coincidence, but Chris was just seen wearing a big trenchcoat..

No, he bought it, using inheritance money he got from his dead dad. The house isn't worth very much, sits next to a polluted industrial site in a one-streetlight town, and the "renovation" is a janky home-depot-discount-aisle hackjob.

There's pictures of the reno somewhere back in this thread and the plumbing looks like it was done by a plumber who showed up drunk every day. Like, russian-tier bends around molding and jank shit like that. And of course if you can find it, there's a great picture where a toilet was installed diagonally, for some reason.

No new activity on TinyHorse1942 and Bluesky, might I add.

Also, let's apprecieate the sweet irony in those two posts being next to each other...

Here and here the many pictures. The geometry of that house gives me very sinister vibes, but also reminds me of that Simpsons episode where the town's people try to build a new house for Ned Flanders.

The fact that Chris is not homeless is the single greatest proof that he is not mentally handicap. By all measures, he should be a homeless but is not. Just a degenerate.

There are plenty of mentally disabled people who are able to otherwise live like normal adults, including paying for and maintaining their own homes. The fact is, if Caden hadn't given Chris a place to live, Chris would either be stuck in a tard home or homeless. He's both retarded and a degenerate, but he also has an insane level of luck and there are other degenerates out there who are willing to associate with Chris because they think they'll get something out of it. So your argument really holds no water.

I'm just picturing what Chris Chan presidental campain would look like. What if he got elected? (Well shit breaks out literally and figuritively of course). Christian Westion Chandler- First 'Female' president of the US.
My god, if a troon becomes president before a true and honest woman that would basically turn most women against transgenderism. Wow.
