Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Parody is mocking the IP that you are using. For fair use, you have to be producing something that is directly relevant to the material you're using. The fictional and real life characters appearing in South Park are there partly to provide commentary on those characters.

I know the mouse now owns Fox but this is the best example -

It was a legally allowed commentary that skirted the law of definition and IP theft.

"Chris Chan" is a toxic* freak with a bloated ego and delusions of godhood, who incested his elderly mom.

Yet he lamented that no one likes him in that "black tape" (or so I heard).

*(yeah the woke crowd likes to use that word a lot but it really fits him)

I forgot the black tape you were referring to. I thought it was this:

But I wouldn't doubt it if Chris said that. Guy just lacks self-awareness and a dire need of improvement.

He did get the idea from his parents, so it's none too surprising that Chris delusions were forming that early. The attraction sign was not a troll idea, it came from Chris' dreams.
This is also the same person who portrays law enforcement as evil and Mary Lee Walsh, a lady just doing her job, as some horrid witch who doesn’t want him to find love.

Fair use is a balance of factors like effect on the market and nature of use. For publicly distributing or performing from a thing copyrighted by someone else without permission, it's harder to get fair use. Although I think parody is typically safe for fair use. "Sonichu" isn't much of a parody, and more Chris parroting what he likes.

"Copyright infringement" is more accurate there. The phrase "intellectual property" was invented as a catch-all term to refer to rights like copyright, trademark, etc.

Alleged update on the trial posted by someone who called the court house

"
An hour ago I spoke with the law clerk (who is very friendly and I do feel bad for her given the bombardment of calls she is getting) and asked as to the status of the hearing. In her words "The Case has been approved for Grand Jury"

That's right, folks.

Chris-chan is going to trial.

As for anyone doubting the validity of this I understand now is the time for wild theories and speculation but this is what I got when I called."

Emphasis on "Alleged" people saying things like that need to stop and think. Would the state of VA waste another years worth of time and money to house chris in jail and expose this case to the wave of weens a public grand jury trial would inevitably attract?

A Grand Jury is not a trial jury. It's the jury that approves you getting charged with a felony.

If it's true, Chris is getting a felony, and his info will soon appear in Circuit Court records that we can view online.

Whether or not there will be a trial is another matter.

Will tomorrow finally be the day someone that isn’t @Pointless Sperg @A-№1 or @AnOminous post something that isn’t confusing, word salad, legal conjecture in almost 365 days?
Will tomorrow finally be the day you quit sucking nigger dick?

Oh wait, it actually is tomorrow and you still have a melanated cock deep in your throat, so apparently not.

Also will you ever post something that isn't completely autistic?
