The "wheelchairs in D&D" thing mostly just bothers me because Lesser Restoration is a level 2 spell. In most settings (and Forgotten Realms, arguably the most popular setting, especially), that's the kind of thing the local village priest could cast two or three times a day.
Plus even if the paralysis was uncurable for some reason (like a powerful curse from a demon lord) why would you settle for a wheelchair? How about a chair with legs and personality of a dog, a floating disk made of holy magic or being carried around by a group of goblins? There are fun stuff you can do with disabilities in fantasy settings but no. Just awkward looking real word inserts that make no sense in adventuring in or out of universe.

If one of my players brought a tranny character to the game, I’d just point out that there are ample solutions in the setting for that, so they’re just straight up going to actually be the gender they identify as. And if the player makes a nuisance of themselves, they get uninvited. My table, my rules.
Closest I’ve gotten to that is one player who used a Disguise Self magic item daily to always conceal his identity from everyone. He had a good story reason, we both had fun with it, and the rest of the table were baffled that Detect Magic kept pinging on him, and the grand reveal when they faced his personal nemesis was a tonne of fun. I doubt tranny players are fun, though.
Seeing all of the ensuing salt from the election is not surprising, but its still a little exhausting at this point that they are doubling down and that they just refused to see how they brought this on themselves.

How many of the men above look like they've "legitimately transitioned" to you? Yes, obviously. I'll try to explain this in as simple terms as possible. If a woman encounters a man in a bathroom/changing room she can call the security, which will then find an adequate way to deal with the problem. On the other hand, if the said man claims to identify as a woman, the security won't be able to do absolutely anything and the woman gets labelled a bigoted nazi transphobe (which is what has already happened in that one spa, iirc). How is that unclear?

I always suspected, and had seen many indications from a distance that this was the case, but now am learning anew every day that the real truth behind all those "homeless queer yoofs" is that these kids were bad seeds who got vomited out of imperfect but basically decent family homes because they lied, cheated, stole, abused, manipulated, battered, raped, exploited, lied, cheated, and generally caused agony and chaos. And being a fucking tranny or faggot was just the cherry on top of their general inability to get the fuck along with anyone else.
I thought I was straight and troonsphobic for the longest time. However, I'm an autist and I need to find someone who can relate to me. Someone understanding of the fact that my headspace isn't a normal human one. As a wise man once said, "if you want to be in a relationship with someone who shares your interests, you're not wanting to date a woman, but an autistic male" or something to that effect. And, as it happens, troons seem to fit that bill and seem better suited for a long-term relationship more than any female I've ever interacted with, online or not.
