Sounds like two 25rnd mag dumps, randomly at a street. Looked like he tried to shoot one guy for a second, but it was mostly Haji style blind firing. Hard to pick the caliber, but he's firing semi auto. No tricks, just trigger pulls. I know there are 25rnd mags in .308 that are popular, but I'd expect anything larger than pistol caliber to echo more.

Anyway, glad the psycho is going away and no one died.

I thought someone should document this since 4 people were shot in DC and not so much as a peep in the media about it most likely because the guy is a Spic. First brought to my attention by Andy Ngo and someone on Twitter said he streamed it on 4Chan and posted the vid. Thanks to @The Mass Shooter Ron Soye for finding the archived thread[A].

At least four people shot in Northwest Washington​

The man suspected of shooting three adults and a child Friday afternoon in the Van Ness neighborhood of Northwest D.C. was found dead in an apartment building in the area.

Police identified 23-year-old Raymond Spencer of Fairfax, Virginia, as a person of interest about 7:30 p.m.

Sources close to the investigation say he was found dead in a bathroom at the AVA Van Ness apartment building.

“We believe the suspect took his own life as MPD officers were entering or breaching the apartment where the suspect was located,” Chief of Police Robert Contee said.

Spencer's name was found through social media posts about the shooting.

“This was very much a sniper-type setup with a tripod, and this person, obviously, his intent was to kill and hurt members of our community,” Contee said.

The shooting about 3:20 p.m. prompted a massive police response and prompted schools to lock down. Officers in tactical gear could be seen running in the area; others had their guns drawn as they evacuated residents of an apartment building on Van Ness Street NW.

They'll blame the NRA, like they always do, even though a grand total of zero NRA members have committed a mass shooting.

None of those guns have a holographic sight on them, yet the reticule in the /pol/ video is clearly a holo sight. There is also no room to mount a camera that could look through the scope.

What is the picture on the wall. Looks like Yakub, something you'd expect to find in a Black Israelite/Nation of Islam guy's place, not in a /pol/lack's apartment.
