Family life and getting old and fat and diabeetus. Is Rich losing his battle with AAAAAIDS or something? Brodie looks like he took a beating in this babyoda-slop review.
Isn’t the black void gimmick irrelevant when they don’t even do HitB sketches anymore?
As a racist I enjoyed Bright. It's literally our world, but with fantasy races as allegory, and it's actually kind of retarded.
Wasn't Max Landis cancelled shortly after that?As a racist I enjoyed Bright.
Mostly because it's so retarded that the pathetic attempts at allegory fall so flat that they become comedy
>orcs are a stand in for blacks
>in the movie they are violent subhuman gangbangers that are irritating and retarded
>elves are jews
>in the movie they are rich, evil, and scheming assholes
Really made me think.
Yeah but I think he also later came out and said 'yeah i did it all' and wasnt really remorseful one bit.Wasn't Max Landis cancelled shortly after that?
I'll slightly disagree.Half in the Bag is the same as re:View, which is the same as the Black Void, which is the same as Mike and Jay Talk About
Not only that.>in the movie they are violent subhuman gangbangers that are irritating and retarded
One thing that I find so... bewildering is that the sequels have true fans that aren't there just to protect the ideological and political background that created them, but because they're truly invested on the story of the movies and they will go through Olympic levels of mental gymnastics to explain the many plotholes and bad storytelling because they like the characters and some of the storylines. The point of this exchange is to show that RLM aren't completely out of touch with reality and can admit that current Disney product is not better than what the Plinkett reviews shit on the prequels for. They aren't just blind haters. But Rich quickly has to reiterate that, yes, he is in fact a blind hater cause despite throwing one last barb at the prequels, the sequels are left completely unscathed.
Spoke too soon.
No, this is not true, even if we ignore Rian Johnson altogether. Rise of Skywalker doesn't even fit the definition of a movie: a series of scenes played in a sequence to tell a story. In their defense, I'll say that as bad as they can be, at least they try to tell a story and they tryyy so hard to make a coherent saga
