To be fair, the yellow "scale" or whatever it is shaped/colored kind of like hair (it's a bit to the side and is a bright yellow) so it's not entirely unreasonable to assume it's hair if you're a little kid or something.

I half feel sorry for them, and half not. On one hand, they're clearly mentally unwell and not cognizant of reality. On the other, judging by some old posts, they probably methed themselves into this so it's self-inflicted issue.
