Steam Decks exhaust fans have a plastic/metallic, but oddly pleasant, smell. It's a meme in the community, especially when a person gets a new Deck, to take a big sniff of the fans.

the very concept of a 'walkable city' can not develop organically in a world where cars are allowed because the overwhelming majority of people will continue choosing to drive, and shape their surroundings accordingly.
the only possible way to make the 'walkable city' dream a reality is to have the government force it down everybodys throat through heavy handed crackdowns on car ownership.

that's what this shit always boils down to: libshits actively making life worse for normal people in pursuit of their hippie utopia fantasies. that's why this shit is hated.

Every major train station should have ICE-like gestapo that can be called in whenever a miscreant is in the train. Let's also revoke their citizenship if they have a dual citizenship since they're obviously unfit for our society. We make tiered system from small metro stations with plenty of stops to large train rials that connect distant cities. Make them fast so you end up being faster with the train than by car. What about jumpers or people trying to sneak past closed train crossings? We will use automated trains so there is no one at the wheel getting PTSD, we'll have a team with high pressure cleaners at the end of a train's route to spray the front clean. We will also have multiple rails side by side so trains dont have to wait for eachother and cause cascading delays. For people in the countryside wide maintain a good road network, and have convenient places at the edge of the city where people can leave their car and hop onto a bus to get to the inner city, if they dont want to drive the car into the city. We will have a guard there that shoots any nogs trying to kick in a window and steal shit.

Made the mistake of trying to comment on a reddit post and it got auto-removed for using a no-no word (the word being low-trust)

Granted the local 'diversity' is also a very frequent cause of a lot of deadly drunk driving incidents so its not like the roads are save from them either

Yeah, I do see where you're coming from. I'm just not a huge fan of driving, but at least I'll admit that while understanding a car's benefits and why we use them to begin with. These fucktards need to force the idea down your throat as the morally superior and righteous choice while ignoring their surroundings entirely. Imagine needing to do something that you don't want to do (shocking for a Redditor).
 
The idea that you need to ban cars to make people walk is crazy. If you build your towns correctly then there will be hubs where shops are. And any one living close to those hubs has no reason to drive. If 99% of people are driving there's a problem in your planning. Every district should be it's own mini town and then people just walk to it.

You have political brain rot. Living in small towns/villages where you have access to everything in a short walk has been how humanity has always lived. It's not some left wing idea to suggest it's helpful to live close to resources you can easily reach on foot.
