At first I thought that this was too risky because, like other people pointed out, the courts are corrupt as fuck and completely broken in the United States. But after this, fuck it, burn it to the ground. Hopefully Lucas and Elliot are next.

Total. Retard. War. It's the only path they've left you with. You either burn the entire system to the fucking ground, or pour gasoline on the fire and accelerate the inevitable decline of the internet.

When you set up the escrow account, I will send what I can to the war chest.

Yes. The mandatory IRS reporting limit was reduced from $10,000 to $600 under Biden, in a time where inflation makes that a comparatively extremely small amount.
FJB. FJB for a lot of reasons, but FJB (and his handlers) for this most of all.

Just a few points... Sorry if any of this has already been said...

For those who are extremely paranoid, get a mail forwarding service
Thanks for the instructions; that's good info.

To folks who are worried, learn how to buy Monero or mail money orders. But yeah, now every time you move money over $600 it's reported to the feds anyway thanks to the law Congress passed last year.

Stop living life hiding under your bed. Your ancestors fought and died so you could be here.

You're not doing anything illegal. There is no glory in being a coward.

Are they intentionally trying to bankrupt Epik LLC?

That seems to be the play.

We do know that the debt liabilities do lie with Epik LLC and not with Kingdom Ventures, so my theory would be that they're trying to nuke/bankrupt that business so they're no longer liable for the debt.

Great work for digging up that info on what's going on behind Epik. Definitely kind of sus , and imo needs further investigation.

Who would benefit if Epik LLC went into bankruptcy? Who are the creditors? Does anyone know?

@AnOminous

Not sure how much you are familiar with all this, or if you care to weigh in. Just some thoughts...

(1) Wouldn't a key part of a defamation roflsuit involve proving an 'agency' relationship between whoever is running the Epik Twitter account and Epik LLC? If the person behind the account is an Epik executive, does that automatically prove such a relationship?

(2) If you don't defend against these sorts of defamatory claims by going on the offensive, is there a risk you become 'libel-proof ' as a corporate plaintiff , for not defending your reputation? (i.e. Cardillo v. Doubleday )

(3) Does the fact that an apparent gayop - involving a naked adult - underlies Epik's after-the-fact CP/CSAM claims make it harder for a judge to make sense of the claim? Like, the simpler the fact pattern, the better, right? Can Epik 'hide' behind this bullshit?

Generic article on Domain Incite covering the Epik Twitter fiasco. It's a pretty neutral recounting of what's going on, with focus on the Twitter drama plus the weirdness of Epik's tweets and its corporate structure.

Nothing exciting, just noting it here to document that these allegations are spreading throughout the technical discussion space for domain hosting. A niche community, but a real and relevant one for what KF needs to stay up.

Can anyone figure out who actually owns Terahost?
Does anyone speak Norwegian?

Everything I can find just says they're owned by Epik. Pitchbook says they only have 2 employees.

So, I said Yes but I'm broke..
But I could chip in like £10.
I don't know if that's worth saying though..as in, I didn't know what's a useful amount to state in terms of decent contribution.
But fuck these cunts, it would be really nice actually come back on the offensive instead of constant defense.

Apologies for the double post, but while doing a search I did find a random presentation regarding Kingdom Ventures/Kingdom Companies, LLC and it does include Terrahost. It appears to have a Copyright for 2022 on it, but no date that I saw.

Here. (A)
Here is a blog(A)/article on the sale that suggests that Kingdom Ventures owns TerraHost as well. The whole blog suggests that Rob Monster owns Kingdom Ventures & epik still.

@Null Listen. Right now you need to go and archive all of EpikLLC's tweets. Make a video recording of you(It would be even better if you got your lawfirm to get a investigator or web archivist expert to do it) doing so with the time and date you do so visibly shown. Also state that you believe that the capture is a fair and accurate representation of what you are archiving. This will help you immensely in court. Also for the fundraising I'm willing to throw in a Hundo.

Some oldfag can correct me, but I recall around 2015 or so, some lolcow uploaded a picture of his dick to the Farms and in doing so got us knocked off for a couple days while Null scrambled to remove the offending material. As I recall, his dick was so tiny he was able to convince people it was child porn.
I know exactly who you are talking about and yes you are correct. The person came from a Community Watch thread that was posted about his forum (I checked all the threads there and nothing jogged my memory) and was a nuisance here. Posted a picture of his acorn dick and then reported it as CP and caused a problem for the Farms. The user in question had their name changed to something like "null's personal cum dump" or something like that but I can't get any hits searching for iterations of that username.

Terrahost was Norweigan before Epik bought them. Their corporate-y-ness is still in Norway: https://proff.no/roller/terrahost-as/sandefjord/datamaskiner-og-utstyr/IGGOHD5009N-1/

At the bottom, it says 100% owned by Epik Holdings, Inc though.

Epik Holdings, Inc. owned the registrar (epik.com) but sold the registrar to the unknown Wyoming LLC who call themselves Epic LLC.

Epik Holdings, Inc. was/is owned mostly by Rob Monster. He's calling it Kingdom Ventures now. Apparently, Terrahost was NOT part of the sale to new Epic LLC and presumably old epik (Epik Holdings/Rob Monster) still owns it.

Apparently, I'm retarded and can't read the link I included. Update: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/domain-registrar-epiks-seizure.178088/post-17576763

Terrahost (host) and Epik (registrar) were included in the sale to Epik LLC. From LowEndBox:

https://www.epik.com/about/pressrel...-transfer-of-epik-com-from-epik-holdings-inc/ (a)

Epik LLC has acquired and transferred Epik.com and the associated domain management platform from Epik Holdings Inc.

[...]

Epik LLC will focus on the core features of Epik.com’s domain management platform and help solve web problems for Epik clients. By focusing on providing exceptional value, Epik LLC will become the obvious choice for anyone trying to register and maintain their domains assets and digital intellectual property.

As part of the transaction, Mr. Monster will return as CEO and majority shareholder of Epik Holdings Inc. The company plans to continue development of resilient infrastructure for digital empowerment with an initial emphasis on empowering the emerging parallel economy”. Epik Holdings Inc will change it’s name to Kingdom Ventures to avoid confusion, and develop key properties like Masterbucks, Amplify, Bitmitigate, and other vital services needed for digital empowerment.

https://lowendbox.com/blog/epik-buy...-forms-a-new-company-with-terrahost-under-it/ (a)

So, basically, Rob Monster has acquired all of the assets that Epik Holdings, Inc owned… despite the fact they still owe a lot of money under Epik Holdings, Inc.

The new name of Epik Holdings, Inc is Kingdom Ventures, and Rob plans to continue developing Masterbucks, which is the key reason Epik crumbled last time.
The last link has interesting info regarding Matthew Adkisson's $327,000 claim against Epik which was settled right before the sale.

The tweet where they talk about "ending wokeness" and "joe biden" is what gives it away, probably sarcasm
FYI sarcasm and emojis in particular are a headache for legal teams because it can suggest ambiguity. The SEC even declared that the rocketship, moon and stock chart emojis constitute as financial advice. You have to read it in the context of the situation. In this case, it came from a verified corporations official platform so its pretty damning on Epiks part doesn't leave much room for interpretation. Competent companies run their public statements through legal, marketing and PR departments to avoid disasters like this.

Epik's recent actions are like if Palmetto State Armory announced they are no longer selling any firearms whatsoever due to being strict supporters of gun control now and then posted gameplay footage of the PC game Hatred to their FaceBook claiming it was the unedited footage of Brandon Herrera committing a mass shooting with one of their firearms that was sold
