In an earlier Round, Jeebuz Myers claimed Carrier had made a mistake in filing in a single state, as it allowed the defendants to pool their megre resourses. Nice to see the legal system has worked out for them indiviually, as the only person in this shit show who has a stable job and any money is PZ himself. When the rest of them start to settle, and only PZ is left (with a house and other assets) I think he might re-assess his position on joint liability (or his wife might make him).
