Yep. He literally equates spending money on dinner, movie tickets, or whatever to take a girl on a date with paying a woman to suck him his penis in a way that helps his disability. It's astounding, how much he doesn't get it.
Russell, breastaurant waitresses and strippers seek out those jobs on their own initiative, knowing full well what they're getting into. There is a level of self-exploitation involved, but they get to keep all their earnings, rather than surrender all or part of them to a pimp (and legal brothel owners are pimps).
Breastaurant waitresses and strippers also have the freedom to quit, or seek better employment at a different establishment, or even leave to go into a completely different line of work, should they tire of having to smile and be nice to gross men who leered at them and treat them as nothing more than sexual objects.
Women who are trafficked into the sex trade? They don't enter it willingly; they are deceived into entering it; they cannot leave; the money they make is not their own; and they have no say in where or when they will work, or for who, or under what conditions. NOT THE SAME, RUSSELL.

Russ doesn't believe it's possible for women working in legal brothels to have been trafficked or that they might be there against their will. He figures since the brothel is legally allowed to operate then every woman who has worked or will work there is 100% there on their own free will. His lumpy little brain can't conceive that there are ways for it to happen, like a woman being forced to take a job at a brothel by her controlling, abusive husband or a pimp making arrangements with the brothel owner to have one of his hoes work there. Just like illegal immigrants never find ways around employment laws.
