I'm gonna go with The Graduate, but unironically. Something happens at the dance and Schizobunny and Kai jump on a bus and flee town. Except, unlike the movie, there's no self-awareness and this is treated as a fairy tale ending. But we reading the read will know the truth that they aren't going to last five minutes.

Hmmm.... i think that Kai "learns" to love the Warren and the two move away together. Kai is pretty much the abused wife who knows when to hide when a specific alter is in play, and Percy gets to jerk his chain constantly.

Piper or Niko find Kai and talk him into coming back to the Warren. At or around the dance, Piper arrives in the dress, and something like this happens.

Pretend the first four panels are Piper coming out of the closet in the dress or something, with Kai being black-haired whatshisface.

Eventually the seniors find and try to beat up Kai and Percy, but Niko fronts and confronts them about how, now that their bullshit affects him, suddenly they're not cool anymore. Maybe Quinn fronts and may or may not get the shit kicked out of him, more likely scaring them off with his edgy wolf-ness. And then Piper is declared prom queen and everyone clapped. The dads are there because SnP remembers they're in the story too, thinking they need to be made examples of. Piper and/or Kai go "fuck you Dad, I'm born this way." And then everyone claps in a supposedly homophobic town. The town magically accepts the Warren existing through forced exposition, both "Hey look at my alters" and "this is how the alters live now that everyone knows they exist." Kai continues to live as the town's personal punching bag, and they all live happily ever after.

Percy is gonna come back to Kai to patch things up and "Quinn" is gonna trauma dump on him ("this is why we are who we are blah blah bleh" probably mom and dad's fault or whatever) to justify the beating at the mall and keep him in line. Maybe the Niko persona is gonna act as the good cop and Kai will fall for it again.

Maybe a new alter will be manufactured since the first chapter foreshadowed something like this (i think bunny said he feels like there's many more of them in his head).

I've been reading all kinds of SJW webcomics lately, been listening to the news and the discourse, and the only conclusion I can come to is that libshits actually believe this is what the real world is. They believe that 2020s America is so openly and aggressively -phobic of literally everything that isn't Leave It To Beaver that you will get your ass kicked in public for it 24/7 and nobody will mourn for you. That Hitler came back and crowned himself God-King of the country, and that everywhere that ISN'T an aggressively blue state metropolis like New York or LA is the worst possible version of KKK/Westboro Baptist Hell for 99% of people. DID to my understanding is still a pretty controversial diagnosis to begin with, but putting that aside... "Trauma holder" or "persecutor" identities are something people mention pretty regularly in DID-and-adjacent communities. Many of these people also report experiencing amnesia, it's part of the diagnostic criteria for DID. Even if you grant that some of these symptoms might be real, it is batshit for someone to expect to escape accountability for their actions because "my alter did it." The personalities are still parts of a single person (claiming otherwise requires extraordinary evidence or otherwise constitutes religious belief), and that person at the end of the day is responsible for all of their behavior. If you are unable to control parts of yourself and cannot take accountability for bullshit you do (in a way that works to prevent future harm), seek fucking help.

This is all assuming the disorder is real in the first place. As far as I know, it's pretty established in the field that people experience dissociative symptoms and behave as if they have multiple personities; it is likely a severe manifestation of PTSD. Problem is, we basically have no way of knowing how much they are influenced into viewing things this way via pop-culture depictions, therapists, and other outside sources (cough Tumblr cough hack Discord cough).

But by repeating reddit's specific interpretation of mental illness back to it, he's got all these ass patters gushing about how """accurate""" and """realistic""" the """representation""" is. The man managed to evade the pozzed publishing industry only to get captured by his audience anyway.

Also common if someone doesn't want to speak for themselves for whatever reason, like a moderation team only want messages to be sent anonymously so they don't get specifically harassed in DMs.

So operating on the assumption that the alters are seperate personalities, they send their messages to some other program or DM the bots and the bots Resend it with the right name and logo.

At this point this should've been a story about Kai instead of Percy. This sounds like this would've been a lot more (albeit kind of fucking tragic since there is the implication that Kai would end up realizing he's alone in that town) but an interesting story to read.
