Sam always gets salty when he encounters someone who isn't a adoring yes-man.

I expected an harsher response, considering how even though sam says he hates drama, he loves researching peoples backgrounds and being petty on stream (which is funny tbf) and he def reads this thread and knows nulls opinion on him.

He changed his approach with YouTube to milk the algorithm. Also the alt-right has pretty much moved on from Sam so he isn't as directly associated with them as he used to be.

I don't think Sam was "unblacklisted" and I also don't think he was "blacklisted". He lost a show on network television that he designed to be lost and spent the years after complaining behind a paywall.

New Pill uploaded clips of him the past few years and got pretty good views and I think that made Sam rethink his strategy with how he used YouTube.

I think the success of the Icuckkkz documentary was tangible proof to Sam that he could get away with having some kind of youtube presence.

I think certain comedians did all they could to fuck over Sam. Tim Heidecker basically supported a bunch of nobodies trying to get MDE cancelled and I think that did kill his prospects within legacy media. I'm still not certain on the details of everything with Sam, but I think for the most part it probably just was whoever worked to get him "blacklisted" either stopped caring or no longer had the influence to keep him on it.

Sam isn't Elia Kazan, I don't think they brought out the ledger to fuck him over so that he has to dig for clams in the New England winter. However, I think he pissed off enough people at the right time to try to kill his career for a while. It might've literally just been because he supported Trump and was sort of Right leaning during the height of Trump Derangement Syndrome with faggots like Tim Heidecker getting hemorrhoids because people told him that Sam, a right leaning comic, was influenced by Tim.
