I wonder what there’s no end credits, because that’d confirm it. It’s funny how this ending monologue and last week’s Cookie Monster “music” ending seemed to have been tailor edited to have credits rolling over the sequences but there aren’t

E: I guess also the episode 1 montage as well. WP1 had endings more or less the same way

I asked that a couple pages back, tried doing some sleuthing but no luck. It sounds exactly like him but I'd be surprised if he would associate himself with Sam so it's 50/50.
Gotta be a Cameo they bought, a really good AI, or someone doing a really good impression of him, it's too close to be anything else.

Honestly probably a good idea to release the most mid episode first to bank on the hype
idk man, at least in games first impression is everything - if you give players a shitty experience right off the bat it kills interest for the majority of people, since they think that's what the rest of the game will be like - and that could have consequences like a shit ton of refunds, tons of negative reviews, etc.
i wouldn't expect a show to be that much different - if the first episode sucks, but the other 5 are great you're still killing off a large part of potential sales, because that's the first impression you gave
if some episodes after the first couple of episodes are not as good then it doesn't matter - by then you've already gotten people invested and secured more sales than if you started weak

they should've put ep2 as ep1 honestly, would've gotten the show more hype and sales, as while i found ep1 to be good, i found ep2 to be great

AS forced them to release the weirdest/most mid episode for S1 as well, so perhaps they were trying to repeat that?

I couldn't disagree more, the first episode of WP they broadcast was the perfect representation of the show. Ep1 of EP actually had me scared they lost the touch and bought their own hype.

Yeahh ep3 was pretty boring. Enjoyed the coffee skit and drunk Erick. I agree that Nick has been slacking hard this season. He's been great for supporting characters but the skits where he plays a major part have been pretty ass (pedo firefighters, gf breakup, etc.). I think his best skit so far was the Porsche parody.

I am DONE with daddy dom get that shit off the screen. Is it for the foid audience or something? Been watching these with my gf and she does enjoy that part in particular. If they have another Letty skit shitting on obese women that'll confirm my suspicions. I think they need to restore the balance with a skit about a wine aunt with a million cats puking and pissing everywhere but what do I know.

I also don't understand why they apparently want to keep aping the gf breakup skit. The Charls one is the absolute funniest that is going to get there's no way nigger Sam (again) is going to top that.

Man, it took me 2-3 days to finish that fucking Daddy Dom sketch. I watch like 5 seconds of it and then I have to pause it for an hour because of an overwhelming feeling of vicarious embarrassment. I feel like I'm too much of an empath to watch cringe comedy (same reason I don't like sad movies where characters suffer). I know it means that I'm one of those *insert title of Episode 3* but holy shit it is just painful to watch these. I don't understand how people manage to do it.
Anyways, I really hope that we get at least one episode which I could reasonably show to my friends who aren't redpilled esoteric extremely online RaHoWa adepts. I've sent YT links to WP1 sketches back when they came out to my libtard friend and he seemed to enjoy them. I can't imagine showing any of the new material to normal people I know. It's either Der Stürmer-tier skits about Jewish doctors turning people trans or surreal non-sequiturs... which would've been fine if they didn't basically rethread [adult swim] stuff from 10 years ago. It's hard not to notice how much of it is direct callbacks to WP1, but even beyond that. There have been at least two sketches about people acting crazy on Vicodin, which has been done in 2014 by Alan Resnick (in a more visually interesting way as well IMO). World Peace felt like a completely novel experience when it came out, while the new season seems mostly content with simply remaking the first one. The only sketches that actually made me feel like I was watching World Peace are the GF breakup ones, but even they can't compare to the peak of the first season. Right now, my main hope is the prom sketch, because the little tidbits from the trailer and podcast seemed promising. I really hope that it delivers. Don't get me wrong, Sam Hyde in blackface and a guy screaming 'nigger' at Starbucks were funny, but I really wish for a sketch that I can show to someone outside of this thread. Or a sketch that, instead of remaking the old visuals, actually delivers some of that raw emotion that was so prevalent in WP1.

Episode 3 was the weakest episode for me on first watch. I dunno just felt like the skits dragged on and they revealed the jokes way too early. Also those Time Segments that bookended the whole thing just feels like 4chan depression core bullshit. "FREEZE TIME BY DOING MENIAL LABOR AND SUFFER" Yeah Sam I think Fry Cooks are generally happier than you.

Again I don't want to like everything MDE, that's what makes it fun and anyone who has watched sketch comedy knows that not every episode can be great. Episode 1 was rough but interesting, Episode 2 was kino. Episode 3 just feels like they were running thru the motions. The only highlight was more Dom Daddy sketches.

Shit I just checked by pants I still have a cock and balls. I just think Dom Daddy is funny, Made me laugh when Sam told the guy to say "BATTER UP" for dirty talk.

EP is pretty funny even though a lot of the sketches feel like spiritual successors to WP. The original World Peace is a tough fucking act to follow.
