On a similar note (detracting from the conversation a bit), I've seen the idea that Payton's family has contacted production and has told them to not fuck with her and things of the like. Is there anything concrete to support this, or is it just a theory built off of speculation?

I think they would just politely boot her off the show if that happened, why risk the wrath of angry parents?

Payton's problem isn't that she has not been properly directed into possibly being a main level tier contestant with genuine growth, it's that she's refused to go down those paths that would make her more interesting/active.

Payton learning boxing from Sam would have boosted her presence and could have lead up to her having to face Hassle in a boxing rematch to "force" him to leave. That's a story arc, tempering her lesbian rage through sport. Payton coulda been a contenda

I've thought about this as well. We'll never know but I think she'd at least pick up from Sam how upset he was and be less of a pushover about it. True. I just think it's a pointless "what if" because we can't even apply hindsight. Yeah, she stayed pretty good post-show, but maybe that's just to keep goodwill from the FT fans and not how she really feels.

I'm not at all anti-Mizzy I thought she was probably the most entertaining of the girls but to pretend like a young woman from LA would have been the one person standing out and saying "No, this is wrong" in the Brandon grooming debate to me simply isn't realistic. I think she like the rest of the OG fish would have ended up making excuses and defending him.

People saying Famous House 2.0 was a bad idea, or worse than previous seasons are delusional or didn't experience Season 1 or 2 live.

It’s hard to make the call right now since the season is still ongoing. If I were to make an educated guess, the opinion on Famous House 2.0 will be slightly negative. Not because it’s worse than the low points of season one or two, but because there were so many high points in season three that felt squandered and rushed through to end up at famous house 2.0.

Pacing still remains an issue this season. The wiggers need to figure out how to calm down and allow the Fish to breath once in a while. They understand lacing is an issue and have acknowledged it, but they need to follow through. Constant non-stop action results in longer bouts of nontent downtime. Just more analysis to discuss in the post season lull.

Personally, it just feels like we’ve went full circle only to end up in the same place we started but worse off. That being said, there has been some good moments, and Famous House 2.0 is far from being the absolute worst Fishtank has had to offer. It’s just when you compare it the rest of season three… Ehhhhhh.
