Remember the leaks said the audience is the joke this time, they were returning to the s1 house and they were going to recreate moments from s1. The whole "wild west" no censorship thing makes sense now.

As far as I know season 1 house was rented on a cash handshake with a friend of production.

How much more cash did they throw at this house's owner to allow season 4 there?
