I'm a little bitch when it comes to roller coasters.
And they sent me up all by myself, so I had to suffer alone :(
 
VelociCoaster at universal islands in Florida is pretty crazy. The end screw over the lake makes it seem much closer than it actually is.

Also getting stuck at the top of the 85 foot drop on Jurassic park river adventure ride at a 65 degree angle for 15 minutes starts to get the noggin joggin on what would happen if something fucked and the car went backwards.
 
The now-demolished Verruckt water slide, in the now-closed Schlitterbahn water park in Kansas City. It used to be the tallest water slide in the world.

It was awesome when I went down it. But a few years later, it was shut down because a kid was decapitated on it.

They cut corners designing it, and many people who were involved faced criminal charges.
