No, this isn't a fake trailer, the movie is real and someone uploaded it on Youtube.
It's real. And believe me, I thought shit like Blacula was fake based off a Simpsons joke, but then I found out years later that it was real. Then again, blaxploitation cinema is very wicked stuff.
