I remember hearing about this fucker from the Toad Mckinley videos, his last video before he went into the Internet aether or something.
Freakish and fucked up, but I'm glad there's a possibility for some justice... I did wonder what happened to those guys because they certainly seemed frustratingly smug about not being arrested. They always appear smug, like they know what they're doing is wrong and they're happy they're getting away with it.

I guess 'regular' furries at least want to protect animals rather than abuse them or whatever. And after the Kero shit a few years back, it made me realize that there's at least some half decent furfags out there who won't tolerate this shit. And after Toad Mckinley's videos, I got the idea that someone would be justifiably looking into this fucker, glad to see something positive came from it.

Both pedophiles and animal abusers don't have a very good time in prison, this is a fact. So optimistically, maybe he'll be put away for a bit and kept far away from any animals.

I honestly am shocked when zoophiles are arrested. I love to see it happen, but it's not taken seriously everywhere and I hate seeing major cases of abuse swept under the rug. This is basically free therapy to see zoophiles and animal abusers in general get arrested. We need confetti again.

Quoting is broken but it has been stated before; all animals (including many deceased ones) were removed from his property well before his arrest. I would suspect they were considered evidence to whatever degree then became property of the state for evaluation and appropriate rehoming (or disposal).

Surprise; faggot has been indicted on his criminal case regarding the blatant animal abuse! Shockingly, Connor and other degenerates were full of shit claiming the "case was dropped". What's interesting is the indictment being made public despite the case being sealed- VINELink is the only way to keep up with the case being open or closed currently.
They did add on several more charges as predicted, totaling to six.

Charges are CR.11.202.(a)(3), CR.11.202.(a)(4), which is essentially not only did he possess obscene material with the intention to distribute it but did distributed it, and four counts of CR.10.604.(a)(5) which is disappointing as these are charges for animal neglect. It's clear he was objectively guilty of this in fairness, but I'm confused why the change was made.

What he may be subject to if guilty:
1. Imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
2. Imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.
3. Imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both. x 4.

In addition to the above he can be barred from pet ownership (well as residing with any animals, period) as a part of probation. They can also make him go to psychological counseling as a condition of sentencing, while also forcing him to pay for it himself instead of continuing to force the state to pay for the needs of a carcass fucker.
This is all on top of the charges related to stalking, which is a separate unsealed case whose trial is almost exactly a week away now. I want to be but am stuck wondering how slowly this will continue moving, and how much money his delusional mother is going to funnel into this.

I know this is an old post but, not really. Most people in prison just want to get out. They're not going to risk an extra few years for assault or life for murder unless it's gang related. They definitely get clowned on more but the thought they're super high risk and dead men walking is a wishful cope from society. Most people are in there to do their time and nothing else.

When I worked for a criminal defense attorney many years ago, one of our clients talked about his former cellmate, who was incarcerated for fucking a cow. According to our client, his cellmate thought it was worth the time, as it was the only piece of ass he ever got.

That story has cheered me through many a dark night. No matter how bad my situation was, at least I'm not in prison. And if I wind up in prison, at least it won't be for fucking a cow. And if I am in prison for fucking a cow, at least I can say I was wrongfully convicted. And if I wasn't wrongfully convicted, at least it won't be the only piece of ass I ever got.

There's something very uplifting about knowing that no matter how far you fall, there's always going to be someone out there whose life is sadder and more pathetic than yours. Which goes a long way to explaining why I read Kiwi Farms.

Trust me, animal cruelty in general very rarely gets taken seriously by law enforcement. It's always cause for celebration on the rare occasional animal abusers face justice.
