I went to a metallica show once at a music festival and their lightshow was mostly just WWII Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe vids including bombing and dogfighting. It was kinda edgy tbh. Great show though

I doubt that is the edge June and Preg are going for though

As well as Hot Topic and 5 below. Metallica is one of the largest selling rock groups in the world it's up there with Coca Cola Star Wars etc, people wear it because everyone (overall) knows it's cool.

I can't much fault anyone for having one shirt for them, being so saturated and socially liked it's just basic bitch stuff. Everyone's got that one or two shirts they rock just to you know go out play darts bowl etc that's socially chill with any group in the world.

Sadly, June still thinks she's edgy with this like if she had a Man O' War or Pantera shirt on. She can't even be heavy metal on the B side it's gotta be the most well known stuff since she doesn't much care about it, just the image.

What's so unsafe about that photo?

1. Don't point the gun at anything you don't intend to shoot - they're aimed downrange
2. Don't put your finger on the trigger - doesn't look like either of them are doing that
3. All guns are always loaded - it's OK because they're not pointing them at each other
4. Know your target and what's beyond it - again, they're pointed downrange.

I honestly don't get it.

This, but I want to say as someone who's a long time shooter and fucking hates ranges because of stuff like this, I notice they have ears on.

I'm worried the range wasn't cold for a photo op. At public ranges you do not know the sanity, quality of training or skills of other patrons often.

When you are with family friends etc you can do cute silly shit etc. If I saw this down range as I was shooting I'd be very nervous, trust me I've seen a shot go in the roof because someone had to take a sweet DEAGLE BRAND DEAGLE seflie. If the range was empty and cold great no beef but the ears and the fact it's to self absorbed cows make me think they made an entire range unsettled.

Granted I'm far from against having fun or doing dumb shit with guns as long as it's controlled, I mean every time I drunkenly pole vault using a Mosin I check if it's loaded or not.

For those who don't shoot a lot, sometimes your RSOs are cows even and would let this fly on a hot range, I was just grilled this weekend by using stripper clips to load while the person next to me had standard detach mags and not a peep.

You wouldn't put two people in the same firing bay at a range both with guns like that, but that isn't a major deal since they had professional supervision and were doing it as part of a professional photo shoot. Just don't expect to go to a range and have them not yell at you and/or kick you out if you just randomly did that with a friend. As hinted at by @Bassomatic I would probably exit the range and go talk to staff if I saw something like this, but to repeat myself this is totally negated by having direct RSO supervision and a professional camera crew.

Preg saying 'don't worry the guns weren't loaded' is my only gripe and a huge mistake as guns are ALWAYS LOADED. Typically the first time your dad teaches you how to shoot/hunt you say something dumb like "don't worry it is not loaded" even though you know the 4 rules and weren't pointing it at anything bad. It is a test, you fail it, and you get your ass chewed off and never forget it or say "it isn't loaded" ever again. This seems like a common mistake with adults using guns for the first time though as I usually have to go through that process with any uninitiated (read left-wing) buddies I take to the range. Since Preg counts as left in America, I am not scandalized by the fact he made this mistake.
