Skylar, wasn't it Einstein who said that insanity is repeating the same action and expecting different results?

Being an arrogant, self-indulgent, antagonistic, douche-machine didn't help you in college with the poster situation, it didn't help you in real life with the picture situation, and it's certainly not helping you here on this website.

Maybe try a different approach for once.

this is the app, and why he only had one screenshot on the play store

I suspect Skylar is the type of person who would bring his mom to the job interview. For most HR people, that's an automatic disqualification, so he doesn't even need to worry about being googled.

On that note, we had an individual apply a few weeks ago who had his mother as his only reference on his resume. When asked about this, he answered "Well, she has the best sense of my abilities, and she plays Trains Simulator with me so she knows how good I am."

Needless to say we informed him that his qualifications weren't exactly what we were looking for and sent him on his way. As he got in the car outside the office, his mother was waiting to drive him home. This is pretty much exactly what I assume Skylar's approach to job searching would be.

What job could that possibly be where he thought playing train simulator with his mom is relevant to the job? Wait don't tell me, :autism:

Skylar's in his mid-twenties and has never had a real job, as in working for someone he's not related to and drawing a paycheck. His parents have seriously bolloxed his social development. He's pretty much unemployable now without massive therapy to deprogram him. Even if he did get a job, he'd lose it in short order for the reasons we've seen here.

Especially after he gets thrown out of school because he's too much of an autistic moron not to act in a completely antisocial, unacceptable way and thinks he knows more about the religion than the fucking clergy, even though he is demonstrably a moron.

He's a zealot, and they don't tend to be intelligent, because anyone with brains figures out that no doctrine deserves your 100% devotion because everything's flawed.
He's a NEET or is gonna be a NEET all his life?

That's funny cause the Bible says something about being a NEET
Actually, that verse was referring to people who quit living their lives thinking Jesus was coming back Real Soon Now. It means even if you think the end is nigh, go on about your business because only God knows when the endgame starts.
But Christians were supposed to support their community to the best of their ability, and Skylar's certainly not.

Has he even had that much? Even working for a family member (more than just, say, helping out the family business every now and then) would be something he could put on a resume at all instead of just "too autistic to finish college."

Don't get me wrong, either way he's still quite socially stunted even taking his being on the spectrum into account, but do we know whether he's had literally zero employment ever in his life? Because if so... yikes. He's gonna have to find something fast or he's fucked.

Putting aside his dubious experience "running his own business," on reddit he has claimed that he previously worked at Walmart and that as of a month ago he had a job where he "manage(s) a retail store's point of sale system and security cameras" (which sounds like an obvious attempt at embellishing a shitty entry level retail job to sound more important and skilled than it really is).

To clarify, his Walmart ban allegedly happened while he was a customer there, apparently some time after he no longer worked there, and supposedly his current retail job is not with Walmart, if he isn't bullshitting and I'm inferring the chronology right from his different posts.

This is an interesting turn of events, but Skylar's been oddly quiet since his own personal Red Dawn.

That Skylar got himself kicked out in his senior year, with only one semester to go, speaks volumes about his poor judgment, immaturity, and contentious personality.

The behavior and attitude he displayed, that got him expelled, are literally sophomoric.

Sophomore year is when college students are the most obnoxious--when they get aggro about political or social causes, or become militant vegans, or swallow their first big doses of SJW-think. They've made the adjustment to college life, but haven't yet had to buckle down and start doing upper-level coursework in their major, and they believe they know jack shit about jack shit. Doing something stupid, crass, and antagonistic in order to get attention--or in a misguided attempt at protest--is totally a Sophomore thing to do.

Seniors who are set to graduate at the end of a given semester generally don't pull the kind of stunt Skylar did. They've invested a lot in getting that BA/BS/BFA, and they're making plans for what they're going to do once they've got that degree. They're preparing to move into the next phase of their lives, as working adults--not trying to stir up shit on campus. But hey, Skylar's clearly exceptional, and goaded Carroll College into expelling him in his last semester. That's quite a feat--and not an impressive one.
