This. People have the balls to claim doll is willingly endorsing CP spam because a few CP threads take more than 3 attoseconds to be deleted. Ive been browsing the site for years and rarely see CP. People make it out as a constant problem but its really not as bad as people say it is (in terms of frequency). You know how long that takes to set up right? And how expensive some of the already available services are? Literally the entire complaint from people here is "you deleted the 'p in 20 nanoseconds when it should have been 2!" This is especially rich coming from josh because, even with the shota rumors aside, he shut down 9chan because he couldn't deal with the 'p spam, so him calling another website "incompetent" for deleting the material within a minute of upload is pretty hypocritical.

this is very disingenuous. cp stayed up for more than 10 minutes earlier today, even more than that if the babybot didnt wipe the threads. even so, the catalog also got spammed with cp and it took about 10 minutes for mods to remove it

Of note of things discussed in the thread, and please do excuse some of my lateness to any of this information, I am merely summarizing the thread:

• Most of the thread's subject has moved onto discussing someone named Steroid, someone accused of being a ringleader in much of the grooming operations
• Steroid is accused of inviting children to a pedophillic discord server known as "The Fuccicord"
  • The Fuccicord is "the discord for some pngtuber on tiktok, but it's actually a front to lure kids in for nudes and cuts, there are are several threads about on this board [soyjak.party/q]".
  • "The discord is linked in fucci's videos on tiktok."
  • "Most of the groomcord operates there and most of grooming done was mostly from steroid, he probably changed his name so that's why his name isn't in the server."
• A link to Fucci's tiktok is posted
• A very long post comes to the conclusion "Matthew Laverty, overseer of The Foodist/Clayparty sect is Steroid. And if its not Matthew, its Mela M."
• A correction post is made after, detailing that some parts of the dox may be wrong and may have hit the wrong person
• Another user claims that they've heard Steroid's voice, and could recognize if it provided with information
• A user claims to have found Matthew Laverty's twitter, and it's associated with a lot of Foodist contacts.
• A user claims to have uncovered a discord server known as "HellHouse" that's "Hellhouse, which also has Steroid in it, is one of the grouping places that is directly related to cutting/torture and CSAM creation." Members of HellHouse often wear skull masks according to this post as well. Of a personal note, I find this similar to many Seigetards, who, in my unfortunate time online, have found them to be rather pedophillic.
• A user claims to have contact with kolymanetwork and hiro666 ("higher up of fuccicord"). The same user claims to have access to contact with a groomercorder alt. Discord User IDs are posted in this thread of said users.

For now, this is where this soyjak.party thread ends. I don't have the time or patience to sift through all this and piece together a narrative, but maybe other people do, and this information archived and in bullet-points can be of some utility.

I've posted my room, even my face (making a wierd one and wearing a friends glasses) on the sharty before. The way I see it is idk why anyone would be out to get me in an anonymous thread that will dissapear in a day. In order for someone to doxx me with my posts, he would have to have been on at the time the thread was up, or spend days pouring through badly archived faces of /soy/ threads and with all that, said person would choose me instead of the many other retards why? They don't know anything about me because you can't check an IP's previous posts unless you are a moderator, so the supposed doxxer would have to both be lucky enough to come upon my compromising info, and also have some sort of motivation to go digging for my doxx. I find this unlikely to happen, which is why I relax on the opsec when on the sharty. Like I'm not some kind of /pol/ chud or dedicated troon raider or anything, so I don't see why anyone would even bother with me.

Again, your solution is? For a relatively fringe website extremely late at night when no mods are on 10 minutes is still a decent time frame. They're still more swift in deleting CP on sight than most mainstream platforms like Instagram.

To pretend that the people running the site are incompetent or complicit because they were slow to respond when everyone is asleep is what's disingenuous here. You keep forgetting this isn't 4chan where they have jannies online 24/7 and advanced hash filtering systems to get rid of CP

soyjak.party has had a lot of issues with its administration over the short amount of time it's been alive, going through 4 legitimate owners and 3 seizure events.

Soot was incompetent with tech, short on time, and left because he couldn't deal with the site's exponential growth.
Kuz was more interested in posturing about solving issues, blogposting, banning people who poked fun at him, and larping as some soviet-mongol warrior than actually fixing the website's deep seated issues.
Max was literally the guy who kiked his friend out of money and spammed BLACKED.com ads on the site, he didn't care for owning the place.
And then you have Doll, a fork-lift operator with not enough time on his hands, but has dumped 10k to buy the site and promises change. Hopefully he'll be the one to return order to the once prosperous site by dealing with its deep-seated pedophile issues, which from my understanding he's making an aggressive, but non-technical, move against.

The site has never been able to deal with the CP problem primarily because of the incompetence of its owners. Kuz, if anyone, is the biggest party to blame for the lack of a proper way of dealing with CP. He was a show-boater, but one with resources and knowledge (unlike soot and doll) and held it for a substantial amount of time (unlike max, who just used it as a cash-grab). However, he didn't use those resources to actually curb the site's problems. He opted instead to make strange rule changes, backpedal on them, ban people inconsistently, add novelty features to the site, and blog-post like an asshole.

Doll, unfortunately, is left with the mess. Hatred towards him for all this only after just getting control over the servers from Max (and by extension Kuz), to me, is misguided. He could really turn the place around with the right plan and people.

However, that's a big if, and if he fails, then I would think that dislike and critique towards him would be 100% justified. At that point, maybe he should throw in the towel and just shut the place down, but really we're only 2 weeks into Doll's actual administration of the site, as he just got the servers. Actual results will likely only be seen over a larger portion of time (perhaps a couple months).

They deal with it in a fashion that is in line with every western regulation on the time span which you're allotted to delete illegal material. In Western European states such as France and Germany under laws such as the Network Enforcement Act you are given a 60 minute time span to delete illegal content. Even in the WORST CASE that you people could name, an instance where it took 10 minutes for a moderator to come online and delete the content (which, again, is usually deleted within a minute of being posted), the amount of time it took them to remove the content was well under the time limit that exists in EU nations to delete CP.
