The ip proof doesn't work as those ips were shared across multiple kolyma staff. The faggot that posted lolicon porn on that ip aswell as other weird, gay, pedo shit was mostly kaguya.
The loli board proof was a site kuz owned but didn't interact with like many sites he owned, he let the sites develop on their own with their staff making descions not kuz himself. The only times he interacts with these types of sites is when registars start contacting him or when mods fuck up the site. Kuz has said he doesn't like lolicon and by extension the vast majority of porn, however, he often allows lolicon on some imageboard sites as its considered odd for imagboards to ban it unfortunately.
Finally the sexual assult trial is likely also a larp as there's no proof of it existing and it also doesn't make any sense with any of the theories surrounding kuz's identity.
