Plagued Soyjak.Party / The Sharty - The altchan born from the ashes of /qa/

Was it something one person started constantly posting about for so long that eventually it managed to properly stick like glue
Yes, but the entire thing is drenched in that historical European colonial/past regime stuff (the main girls are literal representations of this). That sort of thing is like catnip to autists. You know the people who are on /pol/ and /k/ posting constantly about WWII weapons and Rhodesia. They don’t need any convincing in order to love ‘lig.

As for me, I just think it’s cute.

Probably has been asked before, but can someone explain the origins of ongezellig? When did it start being posted, and how did it manage to stick for so long? I just finished watching it and it seems rather weird but I liked it, had some "based" scenes like Maya saying her favorite artist was Adolf Hitler and it had some sort of edgy undertone, but I joined Studio Massa's 'cord (coal) and I saw that 'eens were being banned on sight. Does massa and the 'zellig fans embrace sharty 'eens being a fan of their show or not? Was it something one person started constantly posting about for so long that eventually it managed to properly stick like glue, and then new 'eens were fooled into thinking it was actual gemmy 'arty culture and not the NASsiest coal to ever brimstone?
A lot of /qa/ memes were exports from other boards, usually spammed and adopted, either by one person or a group, and usually banned/exiled on their homeboard. Soyjak spammers themselves can be considered this. /co/ had Ongezellig, /mu/ had K-Pop generals, /trash/ had /07/ blacked, /tv/ had Sneed, etc. This still happens on the Party, but not to the same extent.
Name field was back on /soy/ for 15 minutes or so:

Uploading of this causes mild drama for SPVA:

He wrote a response, talking about his goals with the channel, very long for a soyjak archive.
Meta/Discussion post (TLDR: words words words didn't read don't care) Recently on /soy/ there was a post denouncing the channel so I thought I would try and clear a few things up and address some of the criticism https://sp.logwarehouse.net/read.cgi/... -Decision to include links to the sharty There's been a big influx of 4cucky~ gatekeep behavior when it comes to shilling the sharty. The main reason I started this channel and the SPVA2 was because the original SPVA denounced the sharty and used our OC to shill fedschan. I found the sharty through the SPVA1 and personally I think this channel is one of the better resources to attract new users. I'd prefer to get new users from youtube rather than just *iscord and the occasional curious 4cucker. -Lack of credit for videos This is something I've been very inconsistent on mostly because the nature of anonyms imageboards encourages content to be reposted without a clear origin. In future If someone sets up a Youtube channel with the purpose of building a name with their OC I will use the "soytube" approach where I reupload the first few videos whilst linking back to the channel then once a small audience is built I will provide link to videos on the community tab. If something is on the booru and explicitly comes from the sharty I consider it fair game to be uploaded on the channel but if you want your OC removed leave a comment saying such under your channel or send an email with your Youtube dashboard visible and I will take it down. -Disabling/censoring comment section Contrary to popular opinion I don't feel like the comment section on this channel is any worse than your average /soy/ thread. The entire website was built on bait and if you can't resist getting hooked by a "boywife" comment or you can't stop yourself from obsessing over a name(cig) than you shouldn't be on the sharty in the first place. What made /qa/ special was making fun of and soyquoting these types of people. *explicit "shartycord" users are an exception and will be banned on site -Monitization I never plan to monetize this channel and Youtube wouldn't accept it anyway due to their reused content policy. If you see an ad on this channel (first off get ublock for pc, brave for IOS, Vanced for android and SmartTube for firestick) it's either because the video is claimed or youtube placed it themselves (Once channels reach the monetization threshold and aren't in the YTPP Youtube can add their own ads at their discretion -Attention Whoring I've made a few public apparencies on /soy/ and the kiwifarms threads to either address criticism or give my two cents on the LatnixGoyslop *ord from a few weeks back. This was a mistake and I apologize if it ever came off as attentionwhory. In future I will never make a public appearance outside of Youtube aside from announcing new episodes of GBQ on /soy/. If you see a post claiming to be me disregard and soyquote it with 'roonjaks. -no point to channel The point of this channel first and foremost is to promote the Sharty and promote the creation of OC. Unlike images videos are far less likely to be spread around on a board (there are a few exceptions such as with the Lithuanian Phonk Chud videos). If you spent 5-10 hours making a video it can be discouraging for the only fanfare to be a 13 reply post on /soy/ and 2-3 booru comments before it's forgotten forever, meanwhile a video on here will usually get 2-5k views and hundreds of comments discussing the content and unlike the booru where it will quickly get buried under hundreds of QOS fetish bait Youtubes algorithm will continue to cycle your video around as long as it's public. -Mass flagging I'm not too concerned about this, once a video reaches above 2-3k views and starts getting recommended to people outside the channel it's already guaranteed to get tons of flags anyway. Early on in the channel almost every single video was getting mass flagged from the UTTP and it's still managed to stay up This will be the last mention of any drama on this channel, I've kept it almost completely drama free for eight months , quite an accomplishment for something sharty related, and after this post I intend to keep it that way. If you have any questions or concerns about my rational about something on this channel leave it under this post and I'll do my best to address it

At first glance this image made me believe he is a little fetishist, but this is a box of random shit. Don't know why he's looking in a box filled with clothing for little kids:

He considers himself a "femboy", so it's very likely:

Name isn't used on any other social media platforms as far as I can see.
On the other hand, meet the neutralplier poster:

Searching his name will reveal him to be a Twitter troon. There's a couple of other accounts connected to his name and proof he is an eceleb paypig but none worth archiving.

some schizo started forcing it in /qa/, possibly after he got banned from /co/ (the jannies there are infamously strict at any content that might be political in nature). after a while people began to genuinely enjoy the show and that became that
