You don't know jackshit about how people operate and form cultures. There are multiple groups of people who use O9A as a pastiche.

The edgesphere (I think thats how this entire chinny + foodist + trihard + uttp thing is called) has multiple factions, groups, people, cultures culminating into a loose connected network that absolutely despises each other. Being in a community who constantly makes "ironic" jokes about something taboo just makes it seem normal.
For example EPI troons flood the internet with "ironic" memes targeting young teenagers about femboys, furries, trannies, and other fetishes. There are actual confused kids out there who think "hmm maybe I am gay" because trannies incessantly spamming astolfo and boykisser memes everywhere makes them think it's normal and something to be celebrated.
