Bryce is the technician, he hacked Hatemonger's account to download porn so he wouldn't get found out, the Captain has admin access and saw what Hatemonger's account was downloading. It's all a misdirection because the hackneyed joke would be to make Hatemonger a hypocrite, the Flashgitz guys said in their Q&A that they're trying to be above stuff like that with the dicks thing. In the patreon exclusive of the first episode all the guy's dicks are visible, and they said the low hanging fruit would have been to give Hatemonger a small dick, but instead they made him the only uncircumcised member if the squad.
Wait, when do you see the guy's dicks? I've seen the patreon version and I don't recall that.

What was hatemonger's hatemace going to say before he removed the batteries?

I think episodes work better when the squad has an actual serious goal and they go about achieving it in a stupid or weird way. Having a stupid goal to begin with makes the episode too low stakes. For reference I think episode 2 is the best in this regard.

The sentient AI that feels nothing but hate and pain escaping its prison to purge the galaxy.
wtf does any of that have to do with my statement? all the episodes have a serious goal but that wasnt what i was talking about, i was talking about the general comedy of the episode and the cliffhanger

I love that the Space King fanbase is just shitting all over leftest creator to get the word of Space King out:

You see dicks in the first one when they're dead and then after that one guy comes back.

I wish this thing was more popular so people would laugh at the spooky avatar I offer up to @Red flaming panda

Of course, Space King is only being outperformed by the “indie” show backed by mainstream animation studio teams and voice actors but it’s not weepy millennial tumblr effluvium so of course it gets ignored by outfits like "Cartoon Base".

Isn't it literally a project headed by a former Disney lead who got her magical lesbian show cancelled or some shit

A lot of hot air and effort for a show that's main premise is the ever-fresh, never overdone "What if Walt Disney was… the bad guy?" Sure, getting your show canceled and having to rush things sucks… but trying to channel it into something that says absolutely nothing new about Disney makes you look like a whiner.

I mean, Dana Terrace is right about the industry being too conforming and not allowing for creativity but the bad wiring in her brain has made it a feminist thing.

I do appreciate how quickly Tom and Don nipped the "Hmm clearly this is commentary on Female Space Marines, take that chuds :smug:"shit in the bud after Episode 3.

I was watching the commentary for episode one, and tom and don also seem to be confused about this, what exactly is the point of the neuropilgrimage in episode 1? We see that psycho warriors can regenerate on the go without issues if they have a spare boy, so I assumed that episode 1 was supposed to be a new warrior being created for the first time, but apparently it isn't and it was just a common regeneration? Has anyone heard them comment on this and clarify?

Wdym? I thought it WAS making fun of female space marines.

They were making it up as they go before things got fleshed out.

Like they talk alot about how they regret making the opening of esp 1 look like our earth when it was another planet thst didn't know about Space King. The lore is still a little fluid expect for one focal point:

NO. GIRLS. ALLOWED.
