So I went to Dr. Ramineni in the US, and i wasnt even the first person who had this surgery under him that remained male using T, at 7 weeks post op, even though there's still a lot of healing to go I am very happy and love to check my pussy in the mirror, an area i would usually avoid pre-surgery. The surgery method was hybrid penile inversion which uses the scrotal graft mainly for the canal and attaches it to the peritoneum which helps with adding more wetness to the area.
I would say as a pure bottom it was absolutely worth it and I feel a lot happier with a pussy which feels far more natural to me, and my clit is definitely very sensitive though it helped I was never circumcised.

Dr.Ramineni hybrid PI - 4 weeks post op. Male-He/him-39 BMI
Now that I am 4 weeks post op I thought it ll be a good time to post a full review along with my progress, since there arent that many pictures from heavier individuals, especially from multiple angles.
As the title says, I am fully male, i simply had genital dysphoria and I am happy to say it is finally fixed, after spending 18 years looking for this surgery, currently 32 years of age. I got my letter online from Dr. Graham Peveller back in 2018 only to be blocked by Taiwan's surgeons due to not accepting people who plan on remaining male, though BMI would be an issue too, i was honestly surprised a letter from so many years ago was accepted and since I was paying out of pocket, no 2nd letter was required.
So back in September 2023 when I learned of Dr. Ramineni, it was a no brainer for me, not only he had no BMI limits since he understands this is medically necessary, he wasnt even phased by the idea of someone having the surgery and remaining male via testosterone since he had worked with a few such cases in the past.
Plus the fact that he had worked with people of higher BMI means he is a lot more experienced with working in an area with extra fat, something most SRS surgeons dont have, and I know he worked on people of up to 55 BMI.
As everyone who went to him will attest, he does do everything quite quickly so you want to gather questions to ask during any pre or post op appointment otherwise the appointment will end in a few minutes xd
I didnt have any complaints regarding GWU hospital other than sometime nurses taking forever to arrive when called, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they have a menu of food options including burgers so the food was actually pretty decent
Oh and the fact that even though i paid everything in advance to Dr. Ramineni's office, they still told me I had to pay 2000$ on arrival only for me to explain that I ve paid everything, them going in some back room and then realizing nothing is needed. I do get the feeling the US system is gonna try to get your money at any turn even if you dont need to pay and you need to push back, thankfully the Ramineni team who handled the payment seems to be experienced in that since I did get some 400 remaining balance bill and they told me it should be 0 and should be resolved.
Surgery on the 14th of May was a breeze, the epidural insertion was not, that was not fun. Thankfully once that was done, i got wheeled in, was told I am gonna be given something to relax and then woke up a few hours later in an instant with a pussy, anesthesia is so effective, loved that.
There was very little pain even after removing the epidural, maybe a constant 2 from sensing the swelling so in terms of pain I was quite good.
The first 2.5 weeks were the most brutal, not because of any pain, but because of having to go empty the leg catheter bag quite frequently since they tell you need to drink a lot of fluids, walking is still quite hard. If i wanted to move a lot like take a shower, get some stuff to eat, dilation I did use the prescribed oxycodone since it helped make things feel better but that was actually a mistake cuz oxy as mentioned by the nurse during discharge has a high chance of constipation side effect. (And stool softeners didnt help, had to stop oxy and after a week things started going back to normal)
At that point standing up for more than a few minutes was quite hard, I quickly felt the need to sit down due to the pull you sense from the swelling in that area getting worse.
Catheter was out a week later and then the toilet challenges started, peeing was quite hard for the first day to the point i had to do it standing in the shower, thankfully after 1-2 days it started working normally on the toilet. Due to the constipation though, the other part was quite hard since you dont want to push too much in that area, resulting in trying to use the doggy pads and using a squat position the pelvic floor therapist suggested as if you were doing it in the forest, took a week to be able to do it normally since oxy can stay in your system for up to a week. I did spend a ton of time in bed and mainly moved to get water or pick up uber eats.
I was doing everything alone, I only had to hire a carer from corewood care for 4 hours to pick me up from the hospital during discharge since it was a requirement, and another 4 hours to take me to Ramineni's office to take out the catheter and back.
At around 1.5 weeks and then 2 weeks some white looking thing started coming out of the canal, it was a small part at first but then a lot more came out and was like a sheet of skin, turns out its just the top part of the graft which normally comes out in small white pieces, almost melted but on some patients it comes out altogether like a sheet, its quite common the way Ramineni does the graft from what I understand and completely normal, I was just surprised since I hadnt read about this before, it was trimmed during the next appointment with Ramineni at his office.
At around 2.5 week mark though I woke up and suddenly I was able to walk almost normally, i guess the swelling had gone past a certain point which was the moment I started feeling a lot better and I mean a lot, very big mood change, being able to move more around the house a lot more freely, able to stand up without needing to sit down, was able to clean and organize everything, at 3 weeks I was easily able to go shopping and start cooking, and now at 4 weeks I can sit down without needing the donut pillow, though still doing it very carefully since the fear of damaging something is still stuck xd
I am only using the green dilator currently at max depth, which from the start was around that point where i can see the 5th dot near the labia.
Yesterday I went to his office for the last time so he can apply some silver nitrate in some areas like on that separation on the labia and a bit near the opening as well as that one above the urethra.
Everything seems to be healing well, curious to see how it is once everything has closed and healed since he said its better to judge the aesthetics after that happens.
Currently quite happy, I was never obsessed with perfect appearances, only a bit concerned over that granulation above the urethra since it feels it might take a while to be dealt with, the canal being red is a bit scary due to the colour but i was told its normal, clit is still a bit hard to get to up there due to the swelling so hoping its easier after a few months.
I am also gonna post a gif of the first 21 days after the catheter was removed to show the body's healing progress which is quite a lot considering that happened in just a few weeks, it was a picture every day till today.

There are some, being honest. But they're a minority within a minority. They keep to themselves. I don't know how successful their LTR are but they aren't as openly hedonistic. Anyone active in internet groups or in person stuff specifically for LGBT+ regardless of their sex or actual orientation is turbo cancer of a person to be around. It's a catch-22. The LGBT needs to be reigned in but that requires sort of being within the community to advocate for that...and no one normal or level-headed enough is doing that because they don't participate most of the time. A lot of same sex attracted people both men and women do not consider themselves part of any sort of community and really do live quiet lives. It's the ones who feel the need to be active with LGBT+ stuff that are a problem.
