I cannot think of any place that would possibly serve this. Look past the disgust, tools, and needed experience for a moment, and ask who in their right mind would stick something sharp in an amhole with instructions to just start trimming. I have no clue what this video is about, but stricture formation could play a role, but if it's a urinary issue it's much more likely to be an issue with the prostate.
