Besides the weak chin/jaw area, he actually looks like a decent looking man. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but at the very least, he should have no trouble getting women, especially women that are into metal/goth-y looking dudes. The fact that he's 6'3 should making scoring even easier. And yet this idiot is seriously going to get his dick chopped off and mess up his face. WILLINGLY.This one hasn't gotten anything yet but he did make me laugh with his delusion.
Here's his post asking about FFS surgery. u/metavverse
What FFS procedures should I look into?

The comments are being somewhat honest by saying he needs 'aggressive FFS'

Looks like he's getting SRS first>I think you will need aggressive FFS. You will need a type 3 brow, a rhinoplasty and a sliding genioplasty with Vline contour. You might also benefit from a lip laity and fat grafting to the temples.
>Aggressive FFS as other members have said, but getting your brows reshaped will also help.
>What does aggressive ffs mean?
>As in, the changes required to the existing bone structure are quite radical. More bone removal/reshaping will be required. Some surgeons are better at being aggressive than others.

I've been putting off thinking about FFS with bottom surgery coming up soon, but I'm growing more sure that it's something I want. I don't want extensive plastic surgery but I would love to not get misgendered so often when I go out of the house not having a full beat on. Any recommendations much appreciated!
He's 6'3" as well.
EDIT: I missed the comment revealing his SRS surgery date. It's on the 27th. With Bluebond-Langner from the looks of it.
I know I shouldn't be shocked after years of seeing this but it never ceases to amaze me how coom brained these men must be to believe that neutering themselves and looking like a freak is going to somehow get them more action than just being themselves.
