Sorry, I'm a one-trick Ashton Williams pony here at the moment. Her last update was two weeks ago:
So she was due to have the phalloplasty revision (to sew up her split-open rotdog) the first week of June. I checked today and Ashton seems to have deleted her Instagram (was ashtonwilliams211). I was a little worried she had an-hero'ed, but she appears to have updated her Facebook cover picture since. With Ashton coming off TikTok and now Instagram, I think this might be the end of updates on her phalloplasty "journey".
I hope she has a great wedding on July 8, shame about locking in "lesbian bed death" with irreversible surgery before they're even hitched.

I've been lurking Aston lore like I lurk everywhere else so I kinda know about them. Wouldn't they have to tear away the scar tissue from the two sides of the split peen before it could even be sewn together? Or - lemme guess - the surgeons are gonna try a new, radical method of gorilla gluing it together?!

It's been a while but I think I remember Ashton saying that she had to keep applying some kind of ointment or powder or something (edit: she said it was neosporin) to the inner faces of the split-open neophallus, which is where they grafted the buccal tissue from the inside of her cheeks (which has left her with a speech impediment). I believe this was done to prevent it scarring over, but hopefully someone with a better understanding will jump in.
She did some video where she complained about ruining her trousers by getting the stuff all over them, and then a follow-up issue thanking commenters who told her to suck it up and wear incontinence pads.

In any case, I’m pretty sure she’s referring to a central venous catheter (CVC). It could also be a freshly implanted port or some other venous access device. I believe it’s what they’re using to administer the antibiotics. When your doc thinks you’ll need more than a day or two of IV antibiotics, that’s what you get so they don’t fuck up your more delicate peripheral veins - the catheter goes into those nice beefy veins in your neck that feed neatly into your heart.
It’s not something you really want to have placed. It’s your doctor saying, “Make yourself comfortable, we’re going to be at this for a bit”.

Sorry, but I have zero sympathy for Gruffin. She's still banging on about how she would never have done anything different, how she's happier now she trooned out, and she's still demanding everyone creep around her and use bullshit pronouns pretending she's a bloke. All the hospital stays are just a way for her to show off and get attention. She has consistenly ignored eveery single person who advised caution and who pointed out the possible things that could go wrong. Instead, she's all over social media posing for hospital selfies, banging on about her 'journey' and what a poor, brave survivor she is - and hundreds of people in comments every time are there to tell her she's a brave warrior and wishing her all the best. She's the poster child for what's wrong with young women trooning out. They don't even have to starve themselves to get attention any more, nowadays the medical community will do all the hard work for her! She just has to keep saying 'I'm trans' and the accolades roll in. As long as she keep putting herself on the operating table and demanding more surgery, the attention will carry on.
