For real, I would rather have dysphoria every day rather than all this “trans joy”.
Not only does it look excruciating, but they seem compelled to post pictures of their mangled genitals over and over with no sexual connotation. Just fishing for validation.

That has to be one of the worst outcomes I've seen on here. There are significant adhesions going from his groin to the thighs. Thats going to limit mobility significantly. Like 30% of it is just scar tissue thats going to tighten over time. The redeeming quality is the nerves are probably shot, otherwise the pain would be unbearable. He can write off frontal sexual activity for the rest of his life. Taking it up the ass is the only he could possibly get pleasure from now. Looks like a buried penis but its worse because they have cut all the anatomy off. Its not like its hiding under all that scar tissue, its gone.
Theres near zero hope for an aesthetically pleasing revision. At this point you're going to be lucky to find a surgeon to help expel urine properly without and pain or complications and the scar tissue only complicates matters. Getting your dick blown off by an IED is less egregious than this.
You know what, fuck him. He deserves it. You wanna try and convert a major organ into something its not? This is the risk you're dealing with. Im only pissed my tax dollars are going to be paying for shitty VA healthcare for life now.

Weirdly no. He's extensively documented his transition and FFS since July 2022 but his SRS posts barely exist. He only mentions it in a title of one of his selfie posts.
I'm guessing he had more post pre transition as this account has been active for 3 years.

On June 8, 2022, a cohort of 23 service members from both active duty and reserve components, of enlisted personnel and officers, spoke with elected officials in Washington D.C. about the National Defense Authorization Act and advocacy efforts in support of the Truman Amendment.VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – On June 8, 2022, a cohort of 23 service members from both active duty and reserve components, of enlisted personnel and officers, spoke with elected officials in Washington D.C. about the National Defense Authorization Act and advocacy efforts in support of the Truman Amendment.
“Harry Truman Amendment,” if approved, would protect all service member by making the Department of Defense’s non-discrimination policy into law. This potential amendment would ensure legal protections for service members regardless of race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, and gender identity.
Electronics Technician 3rd Class Zoe Rose, currently serving as a staff member at Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Virginia Beach, was one of the 23 service members in attendance.
All 23 were members of SPARTA, a group of transgender, non-binary and gender-nonconforming people, currently serving, or who have served in the United States armed forces. The mission of SPARTA is to advocate for inclusive military policy, provide peer support, and develop transgender military service educational resources on behalf of currently serving transgender military members.
While in D.C., Rose had the opportunity to speak with four senators as part of a small group discussion during which they shared personal stories and discussed various barriers to access to care. The senators that she met with were Michigan Senator Gary Peters, North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis, Maine Senator Angus King, and Nevada Senator Jacky Rosen.
During the meeting, Rose shared her personal story. Rose joined the Navy in December 2019, when she was 20 years old. In May 2020, she decided to begin her transition. In order to make this happen there were many separate steps that she had to accomplish, including receiving a gender dysphoria diagnosis, requesting permission from her commanding officer to start hormone replacement therapy, and receiving an exception to policy.
Throughout her time stationed at IWTC Virginia Beach, Rose said that Cmdr. James Brennan, former commanding officer of IWTC Virginia Beach, and now the current commanding officer, Cmdr. John Copeland, have been very supportive, and were always quick to provide appropriate accommodating action on her behalf.
In September, Rose received a personal letter signed from President Joe Biden, thanking her, and expressing support and encouragement. In the letter President Biden wrote, “If we look ahead in our uniquely American way – restless, bold, and optimistic – and set our sights on the Nation we know we can be, we will meet this moment. I look forward to writing the next great chapter of the American story with you.”
Rose continues her advocacy, outreach, and educational efforts. Most recently, she participated in a military keynote panel, hosted by U.S. Coast Guard’s Sector Virginia Leadership Diversity Advisory Council in Portsmouth, Va., to represent transgender service members.
“ET3 Rose is a great Sailor and a talented electronics technician. She mentored me on the sometimes complicated and confusing guidance associated with her accomplishing her goals and completing her journey,” said Copeland. “I am fully supportive of her efforts. She is a fantastic Sailor that we need to get back out to sea.”
IWTCVB currently offers 69 courses of instruction in information technology, cryptology, and intelligence with an instructor and support staff of over 280 military, civilian, and contract members who train over 6,300 students yearly at five training sites. It is one of four schoolhouses for the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) and also oversees learning sites at Fort Huachuca, Arizona; Jacksonville and Mayport, Florida; Kings Bay, Georgia; and Groton, Connecticut.

The running joke in the military when I was in was that medical care was free, and worth every penny we paid for it. The idea of letting the guy who barely scraped through medical school and signed up with the military to pay off his loans cut up my genitals... you get what you pay for, lololololololololol.

However.....yeah, your tax dollars are paying for a lot more than you realize. Got several IRL frenz in the military. One of my friend's hubbies hurt his back on deployment and needed surgery to fix it, so he was riding the pine up in DC until he was ok enough to return to regular duty. There were 20 other service members (not specifying which branch, deal with it) in this one light duty/recovery unit, and over half were post op trannies. ALL of that flesh origami? Paid for by the DOD. None of them started their transitions, even the "social" part, until they got in. It's the tranny version of the GI Bill.
But wait, it gets even better.
OFC there's several stages of flesh origami in the military health system. Once Sgt Tranny McTrans "recovers" from one operation, it's on to the next. So.....back to riding the pine until the next stage/revision/whatever, done with all the skill and finesse we have come to expect from the military health system.
Think it stops once they're done with all the surgeries they could possibly do? Oh, hell no. If it's a dude in a dress, almost all of them have pelvic floor issues. They hobble along with canes (maybe even walkers, not kidding.). There's no freaking way they are ever going to be fit for combat, so they just stay there until.....retirement, I guess, because cutting them loose beforehand is twanzfobik, or some shit.
There wasn't a chick who wanted a dick riding the pine with my friend's husband, so I can't tell you how they milk the system. I'm sure they have their own little tricks - most likely some long-term disability because of their flayed arm. Can't hold a rifle or toss a grenade, let's see if you can do it next year, Cpl Pooner......or the next.....
They know they are pretty much good no matter what, since the US armed forces are now trying to be woke AF. They get trotted out for some "inclusivity" pics now and then, and do some bullshit paperwork as their "job", and the White House PR staff gets that funny feeling in the pants that they love so much.

5 weeks post op dehiscence
Just for laughs, here's the ultra feminine body this ditch has been created on. Obligatory mess in the background.
Healing update! Healing of the dehiscence is definitely a bit slow, but regular progress happening. The skin is slowly shrinking the area of granulation visible on the left side with the larger dehiscence. Taking it's time to get yourself covered, but it's not sensitive or anything. Right side has a protrusion that has been more stubborn about being covered up, but it feels like it might be shrinking and it's not overly sensitive so I'm not ready to characterize that as hypergranulation. There's definitely some hypergranulation on the fourchette I believe which is preventing it from healing up. I'll be following up with my GP this Friday to see what the recommendation there is, but I may end up needing some silver nitrate before seeing improvements in that area. None of this is causing any pain or problems with dilation though, so we'll see if they hold off on treating it until the non hypergranulation areas are more healed up. Inside the labia is still pretty red and prone to wound fluid still. Stitches have started dissolving so that area is looking a bit less gruesome but it's still less pretty than some results I've seen before, but also still early days. Top of labia more prone to bleeding still, might be hypergranulation or just slow healing because it's more prone to disruption as a point of pressure. Gonna check with the nurses about it to make sure it's healing appropriately but important to show for healing process. Otherwise though things are good, nerve shocks are semi regular at this point as things presumably come back online but pain is more like light discomfort in the morning where things are a little sensitive than anything major. inflammation continues to go down.
