Hi everyone, tomorrow I will be 3 weeks post op stage 1 (penis creation only) with Devin O’Brien Coon. I know that his PIPE method is new and I wanted to share my experience so far for those considering this as an option.

Recovery has been relatively smooth so far. The abdominal tightness is by far the worst part especially the first two weeks. I do have some wound separation on the abdominal incision that appeared the past couple of days but that seems to be a very common complication with this procedure. The skin is stretched so tightly across the abdomen and separation can happen easily. No issues at all so far with the penis.

Burial, scrotoplasty, and glansplasty will be stage 2 for me. No UL or vaginectomy.

Happy to answer any questions you have.

Thirty years ago, these are the girls that would have blasted the Smiths and the Cure in their rooms with the blinds drawn, wearing all black, and writing angsty poetry. Now, the fashion is to surgically remove bits of yourself, rip your torso open, and compromise many delicate and important organ systems through highly-experimental medical procedures with almost universally-catastrophic outcomes.

Week 8 post op w/ Dr. Del Corral
Nearly two months after phalloplasty and half a month after glansplasty, and everything seems to be healing very well surprisingly! I was thinking about what tattoos I should get to help cover up my scars, any suggestions? I was also thinking about getting a Prince Albert piercing because I thought it would be cool and I might as well get it while I can hardly get anything. Feel free to ask any questions!

I feel bad for her because I remember reading she began hormones at 13 or some shit. Pedo groomers killed this girl.

Yeah, she did voluntarily chase the dragon all the way into the dialysis center, and her hundreds of complications were a sinkhole for medical resources during a global pandemic, and that makes my sympathy fade somewhat… but it was ultimately adults who started a child down this doomed path. I can’t forget that.

Everyone involved with her "care" should be strung up. I wonder if any of the pushers are helping drive her to dialysis. Yeah right. I'm sure all those fans are long gone.

Apparently instead of using a pipe, they've just wrapped a hot pocket with her skin.

The no-belly button look is freaky. Without it, it makes me think you were grown in a tube rather than being born from a mammalian mother

Do they just throw out the tissue with the navel? I didn't read see anything about that in the description of the procedure unless I glazed over it

I assume she’s still on testosterone through all this? Despite the fact it’ll wreck her kidneys and make her hair fall out? How can anyone morally keep prescribing it? Madness.
She started very young - was she on blockers? blockers don’t just stop the body maturing they stop the brain maturing. Any kid put on them is never going to achieve cognitive maturity.

Which begs the question, why do these procedures at all? No sane woman would consent to putting this shit inside her, and no sane man would fuck a flesh hole of another man, so whats the point here? even they themselves admit this mostly just kills their sex life.
