I had an Indian doctor- who was actually pretty good, believe it or not, I went to him for several years and never had a complaint- who told me that when he was doing his residency over there, the most common surgery he'd perform was foot amputation. Because of all the motorbikes, mopeds, and the general view that traffic laws and safe riding were a waste of time, multiple times a day some poor fuck with mangled lower legs would be dragged into the emergency department. They wouldn't bother trying to correct the damage, they'd just hack the entire foot off. It was easier to just buy a prosthesis than do the months of healing and multiple corrective procedures that a Western health system would do.

That is exactly the kind of person- aside from just plain coomers- most likely to fall prey to trooning out. There are two sets of brakes that can be put on a person like this. One is hopefully developed by most over time- maturity and humility, recognizing the "big brain" explanation isn't as good as the simple, sensible truth. And the other is checks and balances in our systems and institutions.

Well we know the latter is gone, and the former is dispensed with by catching these smart idiots when they are still in school or very early adulthood.

He is straight again! I had very severe capsular fibrosis, which caused my penis to contract significantly, especially on one side. That has been fixed, and it is finally straightened, straight, and longer again. Next, the pump will be reinserted, but first, everything needs to heal.
